Yesterday I realized how easy it is to live a KETO-Friendly LIFE! Style: "70's look"Today I woke up and enjoyed a mug of Bullet Proof Coffee…..something we have recently added to our morning ritual. It goes hand in hand with Ketopia and I love how alert it makes me feel!

After my coffee I paused….. I went BLANK as what to have for breakfast as I have been accustomed to enjoying my KetonX drink- and then I remembered- I AM NOT ON KETOPIA ANYMORE! Yikes!

In the meantime, I believe that part of my solution will be to get back into weight training. Although we live far from our gym I do have free weights I will begin to use again. My next UPDATE and PHOTO will be in 30 Days.

FAT loss of 10.6 lbs. This is the number I watch. For me, the lower Fat, the healthier the body.

BMI down 2.5 points

4 3/8 inches off my chest

3 inches off my belly

1 inch off my thighs

Stamina way up… Joy & I are now playing nearly an hour of full on tennis daily!

Tips from a 20 Day Journey

1. Water, water, water index

2. Very important to space the Dough Bites 3 hours from the Morning KetonX drink.

In terms of losing weight and reaching your goal size I DO believe it is those who change their eating and lifestyle habits that actually do reach their weight loss goals AND stay there! but….what if it is a SLOW PROCESS? Do you ever want to give up? I’m human….If my goal wasn’t etched so deep in my soul- I would want to give up sometimes… And this is where vision and a strong desire win!!!

turtle Today I dropped 1/10th of a pound. Are you kidding? 1/10th?? and yesterday only a 4/10th of a pound. I got discouraged for a moment and then got realistic- it didn’t take me 2 weeks to gain 20 pounds, why would I expect to lose it that quickly???

…..and then I put on a pair of pants that were snug only 15 days ago and smiled. Here are my results in my first 10 Days.Joy Day 1-10KETOPIA WORKS!

I do have to say that it is truly amazing that some people are dropping 5-10 lbs. in their first 5 days OR MORE- and that the average person across the board, using Ketopia, are losing an average of 1 pound a day.
