I grew up in the FAT PHOBIC era and steered away from eating foods with a high fat content- EVEN good healthy fats like what avocados and olives provide. This was the same era when packaged foods became popular and everything FAT-FREE became a popular choice. As I have aged my body, like most women I know, has shifted and changed throughout the decades. The majority of my life I was active, lean and had abs that were an envious body part. In my 20s, 30s and even 40s working out in a ‘crop top’ or jog bra was normal and not embarrassing!
