I think back at the TWO times in my life that I did a 90-Day Transformation. As I mentioned above, one was to get in shape for a Body Building Competition. I had 12-weeks to train and get prepared. That is NOT much time when it comes to a Body Building Competition but I was turning 30 years old and I wanted to prove to myself that as a young mom of two young children, I could do it. On September 5, 2017, I joined a Company called Tavala (now known as ViiVa). I was in a very depressed state of mind over my weight, where I was in my life, and how I was feeling every day. I was recently blessed with a trip to my company, Viiva’s, Corporate office in Utah, at the end of June.

Overwhelmed with joy and appreciation for the opportunity, but horrified that I had gained almost 20 lbs. since my historic 60 lb. weight loss in 2017, I somehow made it through the 3 days. When I got home, I set out on a new path with renewed determination!

The fat burning action of the Keto diet combined with the fat burning attributes of Viiva Trim Max, allowed me to shed weight quickly which pleased me greatly because I wasn’t fitting into my clothes.
In 3 1/2 weeks I had lost 12 lbs and feeling better than I have in months.

“Today I want to take a moment and share with you how making the decision last June, 2018, to try this purple drink has transformed my life! Not just physically, but in so many rewarding ways!!!

At age 30, after having 3 children naturally, and NEVER making my own health a priority, and weighing 300 lbs. I made a life altering choice to have weight loss surgery.
