For some people, WEIGHT LOSS is their main goal and what they experience the most of. For me it was inch loss. I couldn’t be more excited to have lost the majority of my FAT from my Meno-pot (belly fat accumulated throughout menopause) and Back Fat….also a result of hormone change and body fat distribution.
