These Viiva Policies and Procedures (“Policies & Procedures”), are effective and binding upon Brand Partners (each a “BP” or collectively, “BPs”) and Preferred Customers (each a “VIP” or collectively, “VIPs”) of Viiva, LLC, a Utah Limited Liability Company (“Viiva”).
The Viiva BP/VIP Application, including its Terms and Conditions, the Viiva Compensation Plan, and these Policies and Procedures constitute the entire agreement (“Contract”) between Company, BP and VIP. The Contract or any part thereof may be amended by Company in accordance with the provision herein.

When I was in my mid-40’s I went to my dentist and had a mold created where I would put in some ‘paste’ that would bleach my teeth and make them whiter. I had to leave it in for hours and for me, it caused so much pain I could not use it. Perhaps my teeth are porous or my enamel had worn off but it was a painful experience when the bleach formula would seep into my teeth. Needless to say, it was not worth experiencing pain just to whiten my teeth one or two shades of color.
