DAY 6- Joy’s TAVALA JOURNEY

May 8th……Spring time in Vermont and a great time to release ALL things that no longer serve you.

New Beginnings– this could mean an opportunity or business. (Don’t overlook things that are presented to you or what comes your way- be open to new ideas and opportunities).

New Season– here in Vermont after a long and cold winter, people are outside, enjoying fresh air and sunshine….and health and fitness naturally becomes more of a priority for many, including myself.

Today is Day 6 of “paying attention to what I am consuming- meaning both FOOD and DRINK” and incorporating TAVALA products into my daily regime! Awareness is important! I had become sloppy about my eating habits….not eating often enough, making silly choices when I do eat and consuming alcohol every night! Now with my public commitment to “SELF”, I am loving using the TAVALA TRIM & CONTROL to address my weight loss- while also adding the other products of TAVALA : Alert, Snooze and Bru.

Things are beginning to change and shift and I attribute it to the TAVALA TRIM product (and other TAVALA products that support health, energy, blood sugar normalization and adequate sleep!).

By drinking just 1 TRIM drink each morning I no longer have the cravings, my appetite is suppressed BUT even thought I am not hungry, I still eat 3 very sensible small meals per day and 1-2 small snacks.

My water intake has quadrupled, which as most of us know, helps with weight loss, avoiding fatigue and every organ in our body works more effectively when your body is well hydrated and balanced. You never know exactly where life will take you. In 2007, our lives took a turn we certainly did not foresee.

I woke up one spring morning and discovered my husband had a massive hemorrhagic stroke sometime in the middle of the night. His body already suffering the stereotypical signs of stroke– from that moment on, our lives would never be the same.

We aren’t the only ones to suffer catastrophic events . . . many have life shaking/life shaping events . . . divorce, sick child, death of a loved one, chronic illness and pain, etc. (Forgive me if I missed your issue because they are all significant ramifications for the family.)

For us, we immediately went from two incomes to NONE. I was now a full-time caregiver and he was my patient. How quickly the relationship changes when he can no longer speak, understand what I say or walk.

We were in our 50’s when this happened. When I look back, I say, “If only we had planned for lives differently.” Health wise, my husband had done all the right things. The stroke had really come out of nowhere.

But financially, we had not prepared to stop working so early in life. We had some savings but of course, not enough to live the next 30 years, Lord willing.

What I’m doing now, working with Tavala, a home based business, had I hypothetically, started in my 20’s or 30’s or just about ANYTIME before our family was ALL IN with catastrophic illness, my business would have continued to grow even while I was caring for my ill husband.

A friend of mine in a similar Direct Sales company just lost his wife. She was very ill this last year but his business was already strong enough that it continued to grow while he took off caring for his wife and family. Now he is back in, where the family of his business welcomed him with open arms! (With Tavala, and time freedom, I now have more time to help out in my community- like in this picture)

We have many friends who are flight attendants, both domestic and international. Tavala Trim- Scam or Real?

I have to admit, I was VERY skeptical when I got a call from two different friends back in December, 2016 asking if we’d like to try a new product on the market through a company called TAVALA. I suppose when you are in the network marketing industry, as well as health industry, people want BOTH your honest opinion and/or/ they want you on their team and the business you can generate. I’ll have to admit, begrudgingly, we said we would try samples of the new ‘MAGICAL DRINK CALLED TAVALA TRIM‘ but had no intention of being impressed. Really!

However, if you are like me, a true connector, you’ll want to share with others who can benefit and so I naturally made ‘the connection’ between the samples and our friends who reached out to us. I private messaged over 50 friends on Facebook telling them I had a friend who has samples of a new product called TRIM, and would they be interested in trying it? I told them our samples hadn’t even arrived so I had no idea if I liked it or not. All I said was it was for weight loss, that it boosts the metabolism, suppresses the appetite, gives you energy, and this product (unlike one I had recently shared with people) actually tastes good! Keep in mind, I had not yet tried it….I was just the messenger!

Guess what happened, much to my surprise? Over half of the people I privately messaged got back to me within seconds to minutes saying YES, please send samples! I truly was dumbfounded. I had reached out to these same friends over the past year or two on products that could help them go into nutritional ketosis, products good for their health….but had NEVER had such a positive and quick response. In fact most went MIA (missing in action) and I never heard back from them!
