Springtime is a notorious time to do a DETOX or a DEEP Cleanse and especially this year as we navigate the COVID-19 Virus situation. Soon we will venture out and about like we did before but before we do many people are looking for ways to detox impurities in our bodies and in our lives.

How do i order this product, a few more clicks and i learn that it is available through Social Marketers… ugh…but wait, who’s this guy talking about Biblical Principles? People First? Helping others find success? I’m intrigued.

No way, not another MLM, SM (Social Marketing) whatever you want to call it. Nope! Click. click. Prior to joining Navan Global I didn’t know who Trey Knight is, although thousands in the industry do. He has made an impact (for the better, I may add) in the world of network marketing as well as with corporate companies.

When we were looking to end a relationship with a previous network marketing company (and potentially be open to beginning a relationship and collaboration with another company) it was of utmost importance to have ALL our ‘boxes’ checked before making a decision. In other words, we needed to get EVERYTHING we would want in a company and it was imperative that we believe in the LONGEVITY of our relationship. Among those things we were looking for were trust, belief in and align with the company mission and vision, to have it be a fair compensation plan for the new part-time person as well as seasoned network marketer and an ‘on-boarding program’ to get people making money fast, including getting their money back and income in their pocket in the first week or before the credit card bill was due (or in some cases, before the ‘spouse’ found out).

What I like Best about Network Marketing…

As I prepare for a Zoom Webinar LIVE today on the topic of Network Marketing I began reflecting on why I love this industry and why it my chosen career path.

If you had asked me ‘WHY NETWORK MARKETING’ several years ago I would have emphasized more on the income that is possible in this industry. Don’t get me wrong -that IS extremely important to me. I do want the “super checks” and residual income. But if I were to prioritize WHY I love the industry of network marketing there are other factors that stand out.

Not necessarily in this exact order, but a top priority in my life is that I love being my own boss and owning my own time schedule. Yes, I have worked jobs where I had a time clock or schedule but I prefer to own my time. This has become even more important now that I have adult children, grandchildren and aging parents. I’m simply unwilling to miss out on significant events in their lives.

#1 is TIME FREEDOM : Along with Being My Own Boss means I can work with WHO I want, WHEN I want and HOW I want. I choose to work with people who are positive minded, have high integrity, do what they say they will do and are TEAM players.

Sure, I have been my own boss when I was a personal trainer and transformational life coach, but there was no time building there and if I didn’t ‘work’ I didn’t get paid. Very different!

#2 is network marketing offers me the opportunity to contribute to the lives of others in a positive way. I get to inspire, collaborate, teach, learn/share, and be able to create what I want in my life and for others. Up until 5 years ago my mother made comments that I should have pursued her idea of a dream career for me in teaching/counseling or health. What she didn’t understand about network marketing is daily I teach, coach, counsel and talk about health all while making the difference in the lives of countless people.

Also, if you want to become a professional in network marketing, you truly do need to incorporate those skills as well as aspects of personal development. It’s often said, Network Marketing is personal development or leadership factory ‘disguised’ as a business opportunity.

#3 is I get to work from home, or wherever I am, as long as I have internet service. This means flexibility and I can work in my pajamas or comfy yoga clothes if I

choose. That may not sound important to some people but it is to me.

#4 Lastly, but not less important, is the income we can earn with Network Marketing. If I continued as a personal trainer, life coach or in sales, the likelihood of me earning a 6-figure income would be slim. Now it is my reality AND I plan on being a 7-figure earner in the not so distant future in this industry.

Along with income comes RESIDUAL INCOME. Often when we are traveling or not focused on our business, our checks continue to be deposited into our bank account, and often grow.

Here’s a fun fact. Whatever you earn in network marketing multiply that by 200 and you’ll get the approximate amount of money you’d need in savings to earn that kind of income each month.

Do you know if you are earning $10,000 a month residual income in network marketing that it is equivalent to having a 2 million dollar asset? The likelihood of having $2 Million in savings is remote for most, however earning $10,000 a month may not be…. in other words, it is doable!

Think about it. The other thing I love about network marketing is you can do it VERY part-time or full-time. It is your choice. I went to an #Interview for a #Job👔 yesterday. When the boss asked what I wanted for #Compensation💰 I replied:
1) First I would like commission? ?💲💲 on everything I sell.
2) I would also like the #Opportunity to earn #Free 🆓 trips, bonuses paid in full, and lifestyle bonuses starting at $350 every four weeks going up to $2,000 every four weeks.
3) I expect you to provide me with my own #Website 💻and provide free online training all over the 🌎.
4) When I bring in any new sales people🙍🏼, I deserve to be compensated💰 a percentage of their sales and the sales of any new people🙋🏼 they bring in.
5) I would like the opportunity to rapidly advance within the company📈.
6) When I do well, I expect lots of #Recognition🎉🎈, and more bonuses💰💲💰. Did I mention all expense paid trips for me and my family?
7) I would like my #Friends👭 and #Family👪 to work here.

After the owner recovered from shock⚡, he roared with laughter 😂😂😂😂 “You must be sick in the head🙆🏼, or dreaming😪. What does it mean to be an Upline?

This subject is spoken around all the time, but rarely spoken about. I think the problem is people think that “Up line” is a Noun and it is a title they have achieved.

What if the word “Up line” is a verb, an action word that asks “What can I do for my down line today, right now to assist them in being successful?”

Here’s a discussion I had with our down lines today. Why? Because I want them to know the skills they need to be successful!

Thinking about earning more income this year? $$$

Achieving goals that may have eluded you in the past?

Yearning to be a part of something that helps you grow as a person?

Interested in meeting new people, going new places? Building long term relationships? Being challenged into growing your leadership skills?

Considering joining a network marketing company? If so, good for you! Here is a great question to begin with: Its a question with only 2 words.

Where else? YES, these are the two words. 1. where 2. else

The answer to this question in our opinion is no where else, other than MLM or network marketing.

  • Where else can you find community and culture?
  • Where else can you find a 4 year career plan to retire, with residual income after 4 years, if you choose to?
  • Where else can you find and experience personal development and education?
  • Where else can you be a part of a group of people who celebrate your success even if you are not directly on the same team?
  • Where else can you get into business for less than $100 and earn income your first week?
  • Where else can you join for FREE (Tavala doesn’t charge members to join) and with some effort on your part, begin earning income your first week?

All of the above are things that you receive by being part of a network marketing company. There are many great companies and products out there so make sure the one you choose speaks to your heart and soul and is financially solid AND that you connect with the person who shares the opportunity with you. Make sure their culture is one that resonates as well.

What else to look for in a network marketing company?

Make sure you join with a team where leadership and support is in place. It will shave years off your learning curve if you join with a team like the one we provide at Tavala.

Interview your potential up line and side-line team members before you join. Ask questions of the corporate team as well. All-in-all educate yourself so you are solid in your decision.

Enthusiasm- one of my favorite words and emotions actually ends with IASM or I am sold myself!

OK, so you have determined that your company is legit and ready to go forth. Be coachable and trainable and be good at the game of ‘follow the leader’. Enjoy your experience and share what you learn with your team. Inspire others and be inspired.
