Why WE Decided to Join Navan… and how an alignment with Trey Knight CEO cemented our decision

Prior to joining Navan Global I didn’t know who Trey Knight is, although thousands in the industry do. He has made an impact (for the better, I may add) in the world of network marketing as well as with corporate companies.

When we were looking to end a relationship with a previous network marketing company (and potentially be open to beginning a relationship and collaboration with another company) it was of utmost importance to have ALL our ‘boxes’ checked before making a decision. In other words, we needed to get EVERYTHING we would want in a company and it was imperative that we believe in the LONGEVITY of our relationship. Among those things we were looking for were trust, belief in and align with the company mission and vision, to have it be a fair compensation plan for the new part-time person as well as seasoned network marketer and an ‘on-boarding program’ to get people making money fast, including getting their money back and income in their pocket in the first week or before the credit card bill was due (or in some cases, before the ‘spouse’ found out).

It was equally important that the CEO/ Founder and corporate staff was solid, both financially and spiritually in alignment with our personal goals and philosophy. Without that (among a list of other ‘must haves’ to be checked off) we were simply not interested players. After all, this IS our life, our livelihood, our valuable time that we put into the business- as well as our reputation when sharing with people we care about, want to work with and want to grow financially together.

Having said all that, we were delighted to speak with Trey before joining Navan and got off from our initial phone call KNOWING in our heart and soul, that this alignment was perfect for our new journey. Never say never again, we are proof of that!

If you are looking and open for a new opportunity, especially during these crazy times when ‘home based’ sounds is ideal (COVID-19) you may want to take a look at Navan Global. We’re happy to have a confidential conversation with you and connect you with Trey Knight as well. Trey understands that Network Marketing as a whole is a broken industry due to companies NOT putting ‘people first’ and that there is more PSTD in this industry than most. More people who had hopes of a better tomorrow, only to find that poor decisions and greed has kept the majority of the average networkers feeling discouraged and disappointed.

A little about TREY KNIGHT:

Trey is married to his wife Emily and the father of four daughters.

He has spent his career doing turnarounds and restructurings globally including extensive time in Asia, Mexico and the United States.

He has extensive field leadership experience in the NW marketing arena being a top income earner in multiple companies with teams ranging from 50,000 to well over 150,000 people. He has also served in VP & President roles with Network marketing companies.

His vision for Navan is to empower individuals to find their voice, grow their influence and help them monetize it through this vehicle. We can’t wait for you to be a part of our family.
