What is Life Like After the Ketopia 10 Day Reset?

I can only answer this from MY experience! I found that adhering to the 10-Day Ketopia program was very easy. I didn’t have any cravings or hunger and my energy was high. Some people experience a little discomfort in the first couple of days due to detox (also known as Keto-Flu) but I did not have any discomfort whatsoever!

This is a question that I have been asked and I’d like to offer MY experience.

First of all, I have found that using the Ketopia 10-Day Reset pack incredibly EASY- SIMPLE and CONVENIENT!!!! For me- it is easy and a preferred program to travel with as it is very portable and easy to consume in any imaginable situation- whether driving, eating in a hotel room, in an airport or on an airplane. Also because it is filling and satisfying, you’ll be able to over look the crappy non-food options that you may have succumbed to in the past when little else was available. Also as long as you stay hydrated, you ought to be able to continue your program with the same success as while you are in the convenience of your home. Your only meal you’ll have to find while traveling is your dinner meal and we find it very easy finding restaurants where you can get a large salad and protein of your choice. (choose from baked, broiled or grilled)

Having said this- I would limit going out and traveling the first time you do the 10-Day Reset as you will want to be 100% compliant with all suggested foods and the times that are most optimal for eating them! not on a dietI am sitting in the airport as I write this and heading home after a 6 day trip to NC finding our perfect winter get-away ocean home. I grew up in the FAT PHOBIC era and steered away from eating foods with a high fat content- EVEN good healthy fats like what avocados and olives provide. This was the same era when packaged foods became popular and everything FAT-FREE became a popular choice. Many people have asked for ideas of what they can eat AFTER their initial 10 Day Reset~ Fuel Tank

Yesterday I realized how easy it is to live a KETO-Friendly LIFE! We went to a Ketopia TASTING where we had a table-ful of delicious and healthy foods to visually show and demonstrate that being on Ketopia is NOT about deprivation. Among the foods displayed were sliced cheeses, guacamole and fresh raw veggies, nuts, Keto-Quiche, a variety of olives and a beautiful fresh green salad with at a variety of greens and fresh veggies right out of the garden….drizzled with a healthy olive oil based salad dressing.

How does that sound????

Then we went to an annual, day long end of summer picnic party and enjoyed a healthy lunch and dinner- ALL Keto friendly. Although there were an abundant of foods that do not support the program, there were many healthy choices so I could stay relatively in compliance with the program. Once again, salads, veggies, cheese, meats, avocado were some of the foods we enjoyed!

Food choices that support the KETOPIA program are abundant– you just have to know what foods SUPPORT you in your continued weight -or should I say FAT loss and now ENERGIZED Lifestyle. Since I already feel so much more energetic eating a high healthy high fat dietwith moderate protein and low carbs why would I ever want to stop? It’s as crazy as saying “Now that I am in shape and fit…..I think I’ll stop exercising since I am at my goal”. Crazy talk, right? Problem is people are looking for a short term approach for a quick fix rather than a life style that supports optimal health and enjoying a healthy, lean body composition. For me, I am Keto-Joy!

Today I added some different ingredients to my FIXX shake and it was delicious. Typically I enjoy a FIXX shake with just cold water in a shaker, but lately, including today, I mixed it in a Nutri-Bullet, and addded unsweetened Almond Milk, water, 1/2 avocado, tsp. of healthy oil and a drop of peppermint essential oil. It was thick, smooth, filling and delicious. Hours later, I am still full and satisfied!

MAKE HEALTH A HABIT

As you’ll soon discover, the 10-Day Ketopia Reset program helps you make better choices when it comes to
what to eat while working toward your weight management goals. If you choose to make health a habit between 10-Day Ketopia Resets, here are some additional suggestions to help you stay on track.
1. Have a FIXX® shake for breakfast.
2. Choose low-glycemic foods.
3. Eat Dough Bites™ as a healthy snack, anytime, anywhere.
4. Avoid grains, or eat them minimally.
5. Use nut flours to “bake” and help fight bread cravings.
6. Get a lot of lean proteins.
7. Eat plenty of veggies, preferably raw.
8. Cook with good fats like coconut oil.
9. Eat every four hours to help protect muscle and keep blood sugar balanced. and last but not least……… 10. Get one serving of protein, good fat, and vegetables in every meal.

SAMPLE DAILY MENU
FOR A BALANCED DIET
Breakfast: eggs
2 whole eggs, scrambled
3 egg whites, scrambled
¼ c. fresh veggies

Lunch:
3 oz. chicken breast, grilled Chicken
½ c. fresh or frozen broccoli, steamed ½ c. sweet potato, steamed broccoli with 1 pat butter for

Snack:

½ c. fresh or frozen green beans, steamed
1 small fresh garden salad
2 Tbsp. full-fat dressing

Dessert:

It is important to continue drinking the same amount of water in between 10-Day Ketopia Reset
programs as you did during the program. Water The human body
is made of 70% water, and needs to be properly hydrated to function optimally. The best rule is to
drink half your weight in ounces per day.
If you’re not sure you’re drinking enough water, you’re probably not! Typically, by the time we feel thirsty our bodies are already dehydrated. Thirst also gets mistaken for hunger a lot of the time.
Next time you’re hungry try drinking a glass of water and wait a few minutes to determine if it’s hunger or thirst that needs your attention. You might be surprised!

Decision MakingWORK IT OUT
We cannot stress enough how important of a role exercise plays in your overall health. Your results on this, or any weight management program, will be best if combined with adequate exercise. If you are not typically a regular exerciser, now is the time to start! Everyone has 20 minutes to spare for their own body and mind each day. It can be as simple as going for a brisk walk outdoors! You will also find that exercise can easily be incorporated into your daily routines.
