What Mark shared is that December is one of the BEST months for recruiting people into your network marketing business.
In December, 2016 (December 3rd to be exact) we joined a new Network Marketing company called Tavala. We officially resigned from a company we have been with for 10+ years to join this newly launched company. We had a successful December with recruiting and as a result of how our year started out from the get-go on January 1st, we had one of the BEST financial years we have had in the industry….in our first year.
Why? I’m convinced it is because we were in full ACTION mode (heck, we had to be, after all we had just resigned from our former company and HAD to bring in income and fast!) and we and MANY of our new TEAM were all excited and in the GO MODE!
NOW, this December we are in FULL action again….because it is a good time of the year to recruit and grown your team, but also because Tavala was just acquired by ViiVa in October and because this company is in pre-launch and we have deadlines to meet by December 31st as well as MEGA communication to our team of over 10,000 people.

Why is December so important?
Well, what we do in December is going to dictate what happens in the first quarter …which, in turn…dictates what will happen the rest of the year.
So, do you want to hit January 1 with new, excited reps who are already trained…. or do you want to do what most MLMers do in January…beg their people to get “back in the groove” …. it’s like pulling teeth, yes?
I’ve been in both situations and people pushing you is a lot more fun than trying to “restart” people who haven’t done anything for 6-10 weeks.
