I received samples of the TAVALA TRIM around January 2017. Five of the samples I kept for myself and two I shared with a friend. I decided to give it a try.

At first I wasn’t overly impressed by what was said to me about energy and appetite suppression, and I didn’t really feel anything at first. I think I did, but wasn’t quite sure.
