When we joined TAVALA we made a list of the quality and kind of TEAM we wanted to create. We believe getting clear and intentional on the qualities of people we wish to attract and work with is very important. Energy doesn’t lie. What we put out is what we get back! So we spent time and made a list of qualities of who we want to join our TAVALA team and posted it and looked at it daily.
The more we got clear and looked at this list, the quicker people began to show up!
We realize that in order to ATTRACT the type of people to our team that possess the leadership qualities we admire-we knew that WE would have to take a look at what WE bring to the TEAM, otherwise there is no way ‘those people’ (aka other leaders) would be attracted to our team, our leadership or our team style. As a result of being intentional, we have created a strong TEAM that offers everything others would ever want in place for fast growth, synergy and support.

Who would you like on YOUR Dream Team?
Don’t prejudge who you put on your DREAM TEAM list. Times change, situations change and if we didn’t know that we would never have added one particular name. Interestingly enough, one of the people that was on our DREAM TEAM list was with another company when we joined TAVALA, however we kept the vision of being able to work with her ‘sometime’ and in ‘some capacity’ … we held that vision because we admired her integrity, savvy business sense, her drive and self-motivation, her experience in the industry of network marketing and her role as a leader.
She happens to live on one of the Hawaiian islands… and her energy, her vibe and her contacts have shifted our business in a very powerful Aloha way. When I asked one of her team mates who also lives on a Hawaiian island what the word ALOHA means to her, this is what she wrote…and at that moment, I realized that from Day 1 what we have wanted our TAVALA TEAM TO BE was a team that LIVE ALOHA!
This is what she shared: 
Aloha is so much more than just a greeting, it’s how we were raised … a way of life. Here in the islands, you’ll always hear locals saying, “Live Aloha,” or encouraging others to show the “Aloha Spirit.” The word “alo” means presence, while “ha” means breath; connect the two and you get “the presence of breath.” That just means those who possess the Aloha spirit are kind, respectful, positive, loving individuals who will always openly accept others as long as they come with a genuine heart as well. To say “Aloha” to someone means you’re acknowledging their presence, you’re greeting them with love and respect.
But to “live Aloha” or to have the “Aloha spirit” means to live your life with kindheartedness and compassion toward one another, to accept and treat everyone as if they are apart of your own family, and to respect yourself, your elders and your family name. Because when it’s all said and done, people will never remember the material things you possessed; instead they’ll remember how you lived – your character, your intentions, your generosity, the things you stood for … People will never forget your heart … And the way you “lived Aloha.”
(In one way this reminds me of the saying that people will never care how much you know but they will always remember how you made them feel!)
When I read that I got goose bumps. I realize what we are looking for is people who LIVE ALOHA and HAVE THE ALOHA SPIRIT!

Being in “The Business” I get asked to try many different products to use and refer to my clients.
