SCALE or MEASUREMENTS?
Don’t get hung up on the scale! People vary and our weight, especially for women, varies from day to day.
Make sure you measure yourself, take photos and also try on something (like jeans) that may be too tight on day 1 but baggy by day 7!
Keep track of your food intake for conscious food choices. Drink 1/2 of your weight in ounces of water. In other words if you weigh 160 pounds, make sure you drink at least 80 ounces of water per day!
This is This FAT visual is a good one. FAT TAKES UP 3-4 times more SPACE than muscle.
Care more about how you feel and look and how your clothes feel…..and most of all, do it for you- NOT because someone else told you to lose weight (friend, partner, spouse or even a doctor)
