My next Choice was a product called TRIM. I needed to lose weight and it said it would increase my metabolism, give me energy, control my cravings and reduce my appetite. Well, it did. In less than 2 months I’m down 17 lbs. and 7 inches. I did nothing differently. I just added the TRIM to my 
morning routine.
Then, I started seeing all these people sharing their experiences or testimonials on a product called Amazon Gold. It really caught my attention because it was helping people in so many ways. At that point I decided to look into it.

When I looked at the ingredients I saw synergy. I saw antioxidants which I knew I needed because of the inflammation I have in my spine, my torn meniscus and because I have fibromyalgia. I also noticed 
that the formula contained important B vitamins and I was really happy to see that the B12 was in the active form because That’s easier and quicker for the body to work with, so I knew I would experience energy and get support for my nervous system and sugar utilization. Because B vitamins are water soluble we need to take them every day because they are not stored in the body. And, when we’re stressed, we use them up to fast.
Then I noticed something called a specialized yeast fermentate and knew that it was a source of a very stable prebiotic. I thought hmmmmmm, food for bacteria in the small and lower intestines. No wonderful people are saying they are more regular and feeling less bloated/gassy.
