JOIN TEAM TAVALA!

TAVALA: WHO SHOULD YOU JOIN WITH?

This question has come up several times in the past week so I thought I’d offer my 2 cents.

Network Marketing is a fantastic and interesting method of distribution of products and services. A company, in this case TAVALA, pays members or distributors, a commission for selling products rather than through traditional channels of advertising. Ads on TV, the RADIO, and in PRINT are very expensive so rather than spend those dollars on traditional advertising, a Network Marketing company pays commissions out to those people who share, sell and build teams. Network Marketing is non-discriminatory- in other words, anyone can join and it is not based on ones age, social status, color or race. It is an equal opportunity and one where the average person can create unlimited income. I believe it the BEST opportunity available for self-employed people to realize their dreams.

So the original question comes up:

Who Should You Join With?

Let’s say your cousin Joe or your aunt Edith are introduced to a product that they LOVE! The natural thing is to share the product with those they care about, even though they themselves are not actually ” building” a business. With TAVALA there is no joining fee and customers and customers pay the same low price…. which means that it is very likely that customers will be sharing the product even though they themselves can not earn commissions. Only members can earn commissions.

Let’s then say YOU ARE an entrepreneur and see the business opportunity and decide this is the company you want to build a team with. What do you do? Who do you join with?

Certainly there is a certain alliance with your own family and many (or perhaps most?) people feel an obligation to join with the person who shared the product or opportunity with them. However, most SEASONED Networker Marketers will take a longer term view and assessment of the situation. Some may still join with a family member or friend as they believe their upline does not dictate their personal success, while others, like Dave and I, believe choosing your upline carefully is a smart thing to do.

If you are serious about building a business you are looking at a relationship that you will want to nurture for many years to come. Asking questions and actually even INTERVIEWING your potential upline is a smart thing to do AND we encourage it.

Do you LIKE them as people? Are your values and style complementary? Do they have training in place and do you like the way they train? These are important as you are going to trust your contacts within this team structure. Are they available for 3-way calls or to answer questions or are they doing this as a part time hobby at best?

Use your upline as a RESOURCE but NOT AS AN EXCUSE!

Fortunately for those of us with TAVALA the compensation plan is very generous and there is also something called ‘dynamic compression’ so if you do join with someone who is not actively building the business, commissions will by-pass those unqualified for commissions will still roll up until all commissions are paid out. This was people who are building and qualifying for commissions are rewarded for their work.

Currently Dave and I are getting paid on some members who are 8-9 levels deep because those in between are either inactive or not qualifying to receive commissions.

When making this decision on who to join with go with your gut. We have a gal who joined our team, by choice, only to be poorly judged by her friend who gaven her the initial sample of product. She didn’t want to hurt her friendship so we transferred her distributorship to her friend….however 2 months later this gal said (word for word) “It was one of the worse decisions she has made in her life!”

If you join with someone who is not doing the business….ask who their upline is…and keep going UP until you find someone who IS working the business and ask them to mentor you. I’m sure they would be thrilled to know who you are and to work with you and your team as you build. Once you do join, make sure you then become the UPLINE that you want to have. WE LOVE WHEN PEOPLE IN OUR DOWNLINE CALL TO INTRODUCE THEMSELVES AND TELL US THEY ARE READY TO BUILD!

There is no right or wrong way to make your decision. If you decide not to join with your friend or family member because you feel there is a better place for you to be, thank them for introducing you to the product or opportunity and reward them in a way that will maintain the relationship. If it’s a true relationship, they will understand if they can not be the leader/trainer you need to them be.

Of course EVERYONE wants people to join with them and their team. Some people get into Network Marketing expecting it to be like a lottery TICKET and if they get lucky and sponsor a couple of ‘whales’ then they will become rich. Network Marketing is just that….. netWORK MARKETING- a REAL Network Marketing opportunity will not be a fast quick scheme to making money!

Why? NETWORKING is in our DNA! We naturally share what we like with people we care about. We don’t call it selling, it is simply making a recommendation and seeing if the person is even open to taking a look. If we recommend a certain restaurant and you decide to go to another restaurant we don’t take it personal- and in this industry try NOT to take anything personal!

Joy’s Day 8- Summary of 1 week using

SCALE or MEASUREMENTS?

Don’t get hung up on the scale! People vary and our weight, especially for women, varies from day to day.

Make sure you measure yourself, take photos and also try on something (like jeans) that may be too tight on day 1 but baggy by day 7!

Keep track of your food intake for conscious food choices. Drink 1/2 of your weight in ounces of water. In other words if you weigh 160 pounds, make sure you drink at least 80 ounces of water per day!

Joy’s Day 1 TAVALA 14-Day Blitz

My main motivation, to be perfectly honest, is to TRANSFORM my body like hundreds of my friends have, who have been using the TAVALA TRIM on a consistent basis. That means losing weight (goal of 15 lbs.) and inches, especially around my ‘men-o-pot’, aka waist line.

In addition to weight loss, another motivation is to get on a regular schedule of proper eating, 4-5 small meals per day (vs. my regular 2-3 meals per day) and begin to exercise on a regular basis (3 weight training per week, 3 cardio-min. per week) and staying hydrated. As a former Personal Trainer and Transformational Life Coach, I used to TEACH this and not sure why, stopped following my own advice over this past winter.

Today I did something that I rarely do- and that is to step on the scale. Normally I’d be quite freaked out, but since I have a plan- TAVALA TRIM for starters, it was good to know where I am starting….and it’s just a number! (I also measured myself and set those numbers aside until day 15 when I will make comparisons).

I also took a couple of ‘before pics’ and yes this took courage to post as my belly has never been so ‘full and fat. However rather than getting upset, I am using these pictures as a motivation!

In addition to using the TAVALA TRIM, I have committed to taking CONTROL (1 capsule before each main meal-3 per day) to help me avoid plateaus, normalize my blood sugar and to also address WEIGHT LOSS with a “Karate Chop Ninja Approach” in a powerful way!

How does this differ from my normal days?

Well, for starters I usually don’t have my breakfast until around 10 am or even later, so my metabolism usually has not kicked in like when you eat BREAKFAST early in the day. Breakfast, literally means ‘break the fast’ as when we sleep our metabolism typically slows down during sleep.

I have now added CONTROL before meals, 3 times per day!

WATER- wow, I realize without conscious thought, I bet I only drink 3-4 (tops) glasses of water per day. I have committed to drinking 1/2 of my weight in ounces of water….and today, due to being hydrated, I felt I had more energy.

Meals, 3 meals per day and a couple of smaller snacks. TRIM really does curb the appetite and in the past I have LOVED that I haven’t had the urge or interest to eat, so I wouldn’t. There are times in my past when I really needed a financial break. I believe in Network Marketing, love it actually, but often times it can be difficult to get started when both time and finances are short. Can you relate? As simple as that seems, there are companies that actually charge you $12, $49, $99 and more- annually– just to become an independent representative of their company. It has become so standard in the industry that most of us don’t even question it…up until now.

Meet Jennifer Dillon – Wow- great TAVALA Results

We are excited to share Jennifer’s multiple experiences with TAVALA. It was early December when we sent an email telling Jennifer that we came across a new company and thought she may be interested in what we had discovered. Jennifer got back to us that evening! We hadn’t told anyone prior to Jennifer, as we were in the process of resigning from 2 companies (walking away from monthly income!- one company I had been with for over 10 years, and Dave had been with, 5 years of full time building a team!) Simply put, we had found something so compelling we just HAD to be a part of it!

Jennifer resonated with what we shared about TEVALA and their flagship product, TAVALA TRIM, and joined that night. She was our first distributor and team mate!

Jennifer began to do ‘her networking magic’ and began sharing TAVALA and TRIM with others she knew- very organically- fitting it in the cracks of her very busy life. Because the TRIM is an easy product to sample- her network of customers and members began to grow quickly.
