That pool will continue to build up until the first three people ever earn the rank of 24 Karat Gold. Then, the pool pays out to those three individuals. WOW! Imagine what those earnings could be!
After that first pool pays out, it starts over and everyone who hits 24 Karat and above receive points in the pool as shown above.
