Last night I started to have a bout of restless leg syndrome, but didn’t realize it because it was minor. I can pretty much attribute it to carbs and sugar. I had family over the day before and had carbs and sugar from our snacks, meal and drinks which I normally don’t eat.

The most amazing thing about this pain for me is … The pain I had in my knee today had me bedridden for a week two years ago!! I was on crutches and a cane for another week and heavily medicated on steroids and pain killers.

Today’s pain was not at that level, but it was 1/2 that level and within 1 hour was 100% Gone!!! For everyone who knows me I don’t exaggerate and I won’t give false hope that’s extremely cruel!!!
