“My Tavala Transformation experience has been Transforming. When I started Tavala I weighed almost 400 lbs. I was in shock, I couldn’t believe it. My first thought was how? How did I let myself get to this point? It was at that moment I decided in my heart it was time to change. I tell people all the time. I didn’t find Tavala, Tavala found me.
