Sometimes it’s important to make a comparison with a product so others can make an educated decision which product is best for them.

Let me share a recent ‘experiment’ I did with 2 different STRIPS, that help with pain/discomfort….and bringing Quantum Energy to parts of the body that need it most.

I have been doing Bikram Yoga for 3 weeks now. Today is Day 22…. in a row! I believe in the POWER OF QUANTUM ENERGY…as everything IS energy. I had heard a friend tell me that when he wears the Strips with Quantum Energy to YOGA that his balance and energy is better. When you think of it, it makes sense.

So now you can understand how the STRIPS work, here is my experiment I did in the last two weeks.

I compared two different Strips on the market, from 2 different companies. Both hold Quantum Energy and both work…. but how do they differ and which one do I feel suits ME better? That was my experiment.

The real reason I started Bikram Yoga was I had a ‘tennis elbow’ which limited my activities of tennis and weight lifting. I knew I needed something so I sat quietly and literally asked my BODY and SPIRIT what it needed. I literally heard BIKRAM YOGA.

Yikes, I didn’t want to hear that as I don’t (or didn’t) like yoga and would NEVER have chosen that on my own….but the voice was a loud whisper that I chose not to ignore. Now 3 weeks later I am loving my new practice and my tennis elbow discomfort is almost gone!

So, what does this have to do with STRIPS for discomfort? I began placing the Quantum Relief Strips on my elbow area, cutting each strip in half and placing above and below the elbow joint area. It really helps with discomfort and inflammation. In fact, I can not imagine doing Bikram in the beginning without the Strips. In addition, I placed a half of QRS (Quantum Relief Strip) on my dan tien, just below the belly button. It is great location as it is an energy source in the body and helps balance the CHI and CHAKRAS. (As I mentioned a friend swore his balance improved in yoga doing this and I needed all the help I could get with MY balance!)

I really believe the Quantum Relief Strips have made a huge difference in the past 3 weeks…and truth be told, the “QRS” (as well as other Strip) are intended to be worn daily for keeping the body healthy, the chi and energy in flow and for ‘health and well-being’.

Last week I stumbled upon a Mylar bag of an older version of a STRIP with Quantum Energy (called the PowerStrip) … it was something I have used in the past before the Quantum Relief Strips were created. I decided to make a healthy and realistic comparison between the two Strips and to honestly assess which is better for me.

Day 1 using the older Strip version: I placed a half PowerStrip above my elbow and also below my elbow joint. I also placed half below my belly on the dan tien. I went to Bikram Yoga. Now keep in mind, Bikram Yoga is done in a studio that is 105 degree temperature and 40% humidity.

Within 30 minutes of sweating the strip started to peel off. Luckily due to the sweat, I was able to ‘press it back on’ over and over so that it actually did adhere most of the class. Each class lasts 90 minutes. Could I say this actually lasted the full 90 minutes? I suppose I could, unless some of the active ingredients on the exterior were sweat off, which the way I sweat, is a possibility. As soon as I left the class and my skin began to cool off, the Strips came off completely.

The half Strip below my belly lasted all day thanks to my waist band of my yoga pants. When I did remove it, I had a rectangular imprint in that area that looked and felt like a sunburn. Perhaps the heat of the room ignited the ingredients in the strip? That I don’t know.

A couple of days later I went back to the Quantum Relief Strips and placed them in the same areas on my body. I went to Bikram Yoga 2 days in a row. Although the Strips were still adhering in all three areas through two 90-minute classes and 2 showers, I removed them and applied a new ones. Each strip is effective for 48- hours.

For me, and this is only a personal observation, but FOR ME the Quantum Relief Strips work better and adhered superior to the PowerStrips. Are both products good products? Yes, indeed they are, but for me and my active lifestyle with Bikram, baths, showers and occasional swimming, the Quantum Relief Strips, hands down, are a better value. “Quantum Relief Strips Helped

My Back within Minutes…”

There is a new product that is literally flying off the warehouse shelves at TAVALA. The product is called Quantum Relief Strips.

Yesterday we exhibited at a Body Mind and Spirit Expo and had such a great time sharing the Quantum Relief Strips, or QR Strips as we often call them. Quantum Relief Strips by Tavala

I’m a fan and strong believer on the power of energy healing and energy touch… which is why I am thrilled to have found – and share- a product that actually delivers Quantum Energy to my body by simply applying a STRIP (QR STRIP) to the part of my body where energy is desired. Back in the 1990’s I was introduced to REIKI energy healing and enjoyed many positive experiences over the years. I could never pin point exactly what it did but every time I had an energy healing session (whether healing touch, Reiki, sound healing or massage) I always felt a renewed sense of energy and balance. My CHI and Chakras always felt ‘renewed’, if that makes sense.

I was blessed to go through an accelerated course to become a REIKI Master, but did it only for my own personal use and knowledge, not as a career path.

Still, energy healing is something I believe in and enjoy receiving whenever I can. Everything is made of energy!

When my daughter went to SWIHA (South West Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona) and studied massage, we used to trade off what each of us was currently learning. Kori would practice her new massage techniques on me (lucky me) and in turn I would practice giving REIKI to her, as you can see in the picture above. It was a gift and wonderful ability to share.

My PRE-LAUNCH TRIAL

Dave and I were able to experience samples of the QR Strips prior to their launch. We had been with a company that has a product created by the same S. Korean Doctor and we knew the benefits of such a product. When we joined Tavala we were told that THESE strips, according to the Doctor who formulated them, were 5 times more effective, which of course, caught our attention. We we needed to experience them ourselves.

One thing I noticed immediately upon application was that the QR Strips adhered exceptionally well. Not once did I have one curl up, roll up or slide off…..even with the tiniest of size!

Over the course of a month it was amazing how many areas I applied the QR Strips to. The Quantum Relief Strips are designed to bring ENERGY to the ares of your body needing the energy most. One thing to remember is LOCATION (where you apply the strip) HYDRATION (From our eastern medical friends we learned and believe when you are better hydrated you will maximize your benefits) and DURATION. I believe we all have inherent weaknesses in our bodies. For some it is their digestion, for others their lungs and for me it is my SKIN. As a fair skin redhead I have experienced several incidences where an all too enthusiastic dermatologist would love to ‘burn off’ any susceptible areas of concern on my skin, namely my hands and my face. One of the first places I applied the QR Strips was to 4 areas of my skin.

A spot on my nose, my forehead, 2 spots on the back of my hand and my upper chest. Within a couple of days of using the QR Strips in those area (and the TINY little pieces barely covered those areas) when I removed the ‘strips’ the areas were no longer red, scaly and they were smooth. The spot on my nose that had been an area of concern, however when I removed it the small lesion and discoloration were no longer there!

My right ear lobe. It had a micro-tear from an earring and was having a difficulty healing. I placed the tiniest piece of strip on my ear lobe and within 2 days, it was back to normal.
My ankle. I twisted my ankle on the stairs late December and felt some stiffness coming on. I placed 1/3 of a strip on the ankle and honestly within days I couldn’t remember which ankle was affected. I still do not know which ankle was injured!
We began doing P90X in early January and my muscles were sore. Days 1-3 the area of most discomfort was my upper abs, from doing AB RIPPER. When I laughed or coughed it hurt. I placed 1/2 QR Strip in my upper abdominal area and immediately, within minutes I noticed some relief.
SKIN-SCARS. I have a couple of sizable scars due to past surgeries (one being a c-section) and placed a 1/3 of a QR Strip over the scars. I didn’t pay any attention to the area and left it on for 4 days….truly not expecting much of anything to occur. When I removed the strips the scars were smooth and almost invisible. One of the scars was over 35 years old! ENERGY to the skin made a huge difference!
I have been doing a lot of computer work recently and the desk and chair I use are not ergonomically correct. As a result I often get wrist discomfort in my right wrist where I hold the ‘mouse’. 1/4 QR Strip above and below the joint area on my right wrist and I felt relief within an hour or less.
