In the dual role of Chief Operating Officer and Legal Counsel for over 10 years, Allen helped lead a Network Marketing company to $1 Billion in annual sales. He has taken that and other years of executive leadership experience and Legal Counsel for Network Marketing companies to bring the best to Tavala.

We had worked with Allen prior to joining Tavala and trusted his integrity in the industry, so when we heard he was CEO of Tavala it was a ‘no brainer’ to take a look at Tavala.
Recently we also had the pleasure to spend time with Allen, and his wife MaryAnne ( MaryAnne Toolson Davis) on a recent leadership cruise November, 2017. 
During our many dinners and time we spent together we 
learned first hand how much he appreciates and cares about the members in the field and how FAIR he is in how they set up Tavala. All considerations are in place for both the brand new person to network marketing as well as the seasoned professional, who came to Tavala to build the ‘super checks’.
