Who deserves the title of Director of Sales and “Membership HAPPINESS” with Tavala? The perfect person to fit the title is Craig Smith.
For decades, Craig has been vital to the growth and sustainability of distributor organizations. From event planning to product launches, Craig’s focus is on creating a culture and environment that makes Tavala not only easy but fun. Craig is passionate about recognition of our incredible Members and making sure there are open lines of communication from the field to corporate.

In OUR words, Craig is one of the nicest people you will meet and possesses a solid work ethic to do whatever it takes to get the job done right! We’ve had the pleasure to work with Craig Smith since 2006…which is over 10 years with a previous company and he was always someone anyone could count on! When we resigned from that company and joined Tavala our number one request was, “How long will it take before Tavala can get Craig Smith to join the Tavala Corporate team”??? Luckily it happened within the first year. Luckily for Tavala, lucky for the membership field and without question Craig is thriving in his new position and role at Tavala.
Craig knows how to be serious and also how to have FUN as you can see by the photo to the left!
Craig is also and loyal to the core and the word “trustworthy” ought to be his middle name.
We recently had the pleasure of spending quality time with Craig and other corporate staff and their spouses, including Craig’s beautiful wife Marney,
on the first annual Tavala Paradise cruise. We look forward to spending more time in the future, where we can have discussions about Tavala’s promising future and plans, as well as bragging about our beautiful grandchildren.
