This is the by far the simplest nutritional ‘weight loss’ plan I have ever done in my life but sometimes we as humans get in the way and make things complicated….even if we don’t mean to. If you follow these simple suggestions you will ROCK your KETOPIA RESULTS.

1. KetonX™ (Breakfast): Your first “meal” of the day will be 1 KetonX Drink Mix with 10 – 12 oz. of water which you will sip on over the next 45 minutes or so. Do NOT drink your KetonX faster than 30 minutes. IF you have had a poor diet up until now, and / or have sensitivities, you may want to start with 1/4 of a KetonX and put in 20 oz. of water and sip over 90 min.

2. Depending on your lifestyle prior to starting your Ketopia 10 Day Reset, your first few days may include the effects of detoxing your body such as mild head aches and diarrhea. (To reduce any discomfort I suggest you place a PowerStrip on the Dan Tien, just below the belly button). PowerStrips are an all-natural medical device for the relief of pain and can be purchased at www.fgxnow.com as it is a product also provided by the company, FGXpress, that provides the Ketopia.
3. Dough Bites™ (Mid/Late Morning Snack): Two – Three hours later, eat 1 full serving (package) of Dough Bites with 16 oz. of water. Dough Bites have 19 gram of fiber, some people cut them in half and eat over a 1 hour period with plenty of water. (You can also bake them in the oven or toaster oven for 3-5 min. at 350 degrees and eat warm. Some people add a pat of organic butter and have it melt over the warm ‘cookie’.)

4. Dough Bites are a delicious cookie dough snack that feature zero-impact carbohydrates, fiber and prebiotics. They are formulated to help balance insulin levels and increase fat utilization for energy. Dough Bites are filling, help to reduce cravings, and taste amazing.
5. FIXX Shake (Lunch / Mid Afternoon Meal Replacement): FIXX SHAKEThree hours later, 1 FIXX shake mixed with 8 oz. of water (or coconut/almond milk *must be carb free and sugar free). You can also blend in some avocado, nut butter or oils if you desire.

 

6. Water (All Day): You should drink half of your body weight in ounces of water each day.

7. You can start getting yourself ready to start YOUR Ketopia 10 Day Reset program by taking a few days and avoiding carbs, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and over eating. Enjoy 2 solar strips a day for proper nutrition and energy.
8. For your dinners, you have a lot of options with meat and green veggies. Meat should NOT be lean. A body in Nutritional Ketosis needs fat. We enjoy all kinds of fish, poultry and even occasional red meat.KETO MEAL

9. One hour before bed take a full dropper of KetoPM to give you a rich deep, deep sleep. This KetoPM is not included in the Ketopia kit, but if you have issues with sleep, you will want it!

 

10. It’s not likely that you will be truly hungry! However you are conditioned to eat all the time. It’s how we used to operate. Ask yourself “am I really hungry?” every time you think you want to eat. The answer will be “NO”, so don’t eat just to eat. Bad eating habits must be broken. You will need to reprogram your mind and habits – and you CAN because Ketopia is designed to give you full nourishment and satiety. Your health breakthrough is upon you! 11. The mental clarity -thanks to being in nutritional ketosis is amazing! When you ARE in ketosis you have access to 225% more energy! Ketosis strips are cheap and are for sale at all pharmacies. It’s motivating and fun to see that you are in ketosis.
12. Don’t cheat and knock yourself out of ketosis by eating sugar or carbs. That will cost you another KetonX drink to get back into ketosis. Get into an accountability group with a friend or friends. The emotional support will be very helpful as you break old habits. The energy of the group will get you through the first 72 hours or so, and then you will go deeper into ketosis and a state of euphoria sets in that is truly hard to describe!

MAKE HEALTH A HABIT

what to eat while working toward your weight management goals. If you choose to make health a habit between 10-Day Ketopia Resets, here are some additional suggestions to help you stay on track.
1. Have a FIXX® shake for breakfast.
2. Choose low-glycemic foods.
3. Eat Dough Bites™ as a healthy snack, anytime, anywhere.
4. Avoid grains, or eat them minimally.
5. Use nut flours to “bake” and help fight bread cravings.
6. Get a lot of lean proteins.
7. Eat plenty of veggies, preferably raw.
8. Cook with good fats like coconut oil.
9. Eat every four hours to help protect muscle and keep blood sugar balanced. and last but not least……… 10. Get one serving of protein, good fat, and vegetables in every meal.

FOR A BALANCED DIET

It is important to continue drinking the same amount of water in between 10-Day Ketopia Reset
programs as you did during the program. Water The human body
is made of 70% water, and needs to be properly hydrated to function optimally. The best rule is to
drink half your weight in ounces per day.
If you’re not sure you’re drinking enough water, you’re probably not! Typically, by the time we feel thirsty our bodies are already dehydrated. Thirst also gets mistaken for hunger a lot of the time.
Next time you’re hungry try drinking a glass of water and wait a few minutes to determine if it’s hunger or thirst that needs your attention. You might be surprised!

We cannot stress enough how important of a role exercise plays in your overall health. Your results on this, or any weight management program, will be best if combined with adequate exercise. If you are not typically a regular exerciser, now is the time to start! Everyone has 20 minutes to spare for their own body and mind each day. It can be as simple as going for a brisk walk outdoors! You will also find that exercise can easily be incorporated into your daily routines.

Dave’s Day 13 on Ketopia

My Fat Keeps Falling Off

There seems to be a cumulative effect with the Ketopia 10 Day Reset. The longer I’m on the program the longer my body measures that I am in ketosis all day. Last night at 10 pm, a full 15 hours after my KetonX drink, the KetoStix measured moderate to high levels of ketones.

This means that as I went to bed and into the night, my body was still burning fat. Frankly, this is the easiest program I’ve ever been on.

1. Drink KetonX drink in the morning with 10-12 oz of water, sipping for 30 to 45 min

2. 3 hours later Eat a Dough Bite, I actually cut my Dough Bite in 1/2 and eat have at 11 am with 15 oz of water and the other 1/2 at 12 noon with another 15 oz of water

3. Around 2 pm, I have my FIXX shake mixed with water

4. Between 6-7:30 a nice meal. Last night included 1 1/2 grass fed, organic hamburger (no bun) a tossed salad, & broccoli, steamed with butter, garlic, lemon and salt, topped with feta cheese. I had cooked 2 burger for myself…. but couldn’t finish the 2nd one!

Morning coffee with stevia drops for a sweetener, (NO sugar laced International Delight coffee cream!!! ) Snacks during the day include 1/2 an avocado, olives, on a lettuce wrap, or some nuts, or a piece of aged Vermont cheddar cheese.

Plenty of water …. 1/2 oz per pound of body weight.

Day 13 I dropped a 1/2 a lb . and visually looks like another inch off my belly. Haven’t measured yet, but it is quite a noticeable change! New Pics coming on Day 15.
