In Her Own Words:
“Life is funny and full of surprises! Approximately two years prior to being introduced to Tavala Trim I began a journey to lose weight. I started following the “Prestige Fit Body 8-week Fat Loss Plan.” It was strictly nutritional and involved very little exercise. I lost 50 pounds and felt great.
However, filing for divorce took an emotional toll on me and I ended up gaining 25 of those pounds back! My energy was low, and I needed help!
January of last year I received samples of the Tavala Trim from Chris, my former weight loss coach, who I had previously worked with to lose my 50 pounds. He and his wife La-Shrana were testing the product with friends and clients and they loved the feedback they were getting. Also, both were losing inches as well as weight in the 
short time they had been drinking 1 Trim drink per day.
Initially I wasn’t overly impressed as I didn’t feel the extra energy or appetite suppression that I expected. I was expecting more based on what they shared. I had given 2 of the Trim samples to a friend and she loved it and then when I ran out, I 
realized that I really DID miss the energy it provided. I needed the Trim! At that time, I was in dire need of energy and focus as I had a toddler around and a full-time job.
When I was ready to order the TRIM Chris suggested I become a member as there was no cost to join and if I shared the TRIM with others I could earn money. I 
certainly knew people who wanted to lose weight! I really wasn’t focused on the business but shared samples of the Trim and soon people began coming to me, asking what I was doing as I was noticeably losing weight.
I began to feel better and was ready to begin my journey again. The Tavala Trim made it easy as it gave me energy and focus, suppressed my appetite and cut cravings, boosted metabolism and in the past year I have lost 45 pounds and multiple sizes of clothing sizes.
My confidence is high, and I have met many incredible people since joining Tavala. I’m also doing things I hadn’t done for years, including searching out new ways to build my Tavala business.
