Did it find me or did I find it?
Both things happened and IT’S changing my life!
For 23 years I honed my craft and skills as a Corporate Trainer for a nutritional supplement company. I flew around the world and the US. I even did a few radio shows as a regular guest speaker. I chose to give up most of my life so that I could be the best I could be. Hard work, long hours, lots of travel and personal sacrifice. In 2015 I had to leave my job because of a spinal disability. I could no longer go 8 to5 or 70+ hours a week because pain would not let me. The last 2.5 years have been an emotional hell.
At a “Medicine Womyn’s Retreat” in August of 2018 I was introduced to a product called Quantum Relief Strips. Supposedly they were for pain relief. Because I was so desperate I was willing to try anything. I’m so glad I did because it’s changed my life! It also helped that I trusted the woman who gave them to me to try. Women helping women! It’s what we do because it’s in our nature and in our DNA.

I agreed I would tell others but I didn’t get what she meant….. A Brand Partner. That’s when she said….”I do Network Marketing”. Silently I thought “Oh no! Run! That’s not for me. I just want the product. I’m happy as a customer”. My friend said sure, you can be a customer but I want you to know that when you reach out to help others in pain, they may want to buy so instead of sending them to me, they could buy through you and you can make a few bucks. Well, my financial situation wasn’t good. Well, I had lost my job and had a limited income. Only because I trusted her, I said sure. And she was right.
I started to share
and people who needed pain relief started to buy but more importantly they got relief and a better quality of life and that made me happy. Because of this I started writing blogs and making videos about the products I’m using because I became a product of the products! My interest was strictly sharing about products. I hadn’t really chosen to learn about the business side of things because I didn’t want to share that. My mind kept telling me that people would automatically think pyramid scheme but for some reason, I decided to start educating myself so I would attend the live video trainings that spoke to the business side of things. Next thing you know, I’m learning that this isn’t some kind of pyramid crap.
I researched about the company and the executives. I asked questions. I already believed in the products so I made a decision to get more involved in Network Marketing (Never in a million years would I have thought I’d be doing this because of what I had thought about it). I chose this company but the products chose me. I am more excited now then I have ever been before about anything. The fact that I can do this from home, around my schedule, my back and my life is something I am so very grateful for. To think that no one holds my future in their hands except me is very powerful. I’ve realized that whether you have an hour or all day, Network Marketing with a company that you have respect for and believe in and whose products can change lives, truly is an opportunity to also change my life.
Thank you Joy Edgerton for sharing pain relief when I was in need. Thank you for no pressure of any kind to do anything other then what I wanted to do. With any type of pressure I would have never gotten more involved. I would have never allowed myself to have an open mind.
Because of that, Network marketing is changing my life.
