LOSING WEIGHT IS HARD. I would like to share MY story with you. I can’t stick to any diet, I’ve tried them all. I love carbs and I can’t cut sugar out of my diet. I can’t live on shakes and soups. I eat out often for my full time job. I try and make healthy decisions, but it’s difficult with all the cravings.
So, two years ago, I tried a “natural weight loss supplement” that a friend was selling. Now, I can’t swallow pills, and these only came in capsules. I was so desperate, I opened them up and mixed with peanut butter and honey to mask the awful taste. I was completely convinced that it wasn’t going to work, but I dropped $25 on a 1 week sample. Much to my surprise, I was down 5 lbs the first week.
