From Head to Toe: Ways I have personally used the Quantum Relief Strips to give me energy and relief. Head to Toe.
Head: Small pieces the size of a postage stamp on my temples for a tension headache. Tension melted, no pain medication needed.
Face: I had a small ‘sun spot’ on the side of my nose. Placed a tiny piece of QRS on it and within 4 days the lesion looking spot was gone and has not returned in 6 months.
Neck: Put a small QRS on the back of my neck for a stiff neck. Noticed more mobility within an hour.
Shoulder: For days my upper trap area hurt due to sleeping ‘wrong’. Placed 1/2 QRS on both the front and back shoulder area and the tension released. Was able to sleep on my stomach with no tension or discomfort.
Chest: Small skin spot/skin tag. Placed a tiny piece of QRS on it. Within a week it was GONE!
Elbow: Tennis Elbow- yes, I over did it on the tennis court as well as with computer work. I cut a QRS and placed 1/2 in the elbow area and 1/2 near the carpal/wrist area. Relief within hours. This is a place I have been ‘nursing’ for the past 2 wks. and it appears to be healing nicely.
Abdomen: My go-to spot for the Quantum Relief Strips is below my belly button on the Dan Tian. Helps balance the energy, internal organs and keeps my digestion working optimally. Side benefit – an old C-Section scar is now smaller and smoother. WOW!
Legs: Tension and stiffness in my legs from doing Bikram Yoga. QRS on the knee area (above and below) It adhered and actually I believe that the Quantum Relief Strips helped me with balance in yoga too.
Feet: Too much walking and my poor feet were aching, especially around the ‘bunion’ area. I placed a 1/4 QRS on each foot and the throbbing went away. Also a small piece of QRS around my achilles helps with flexibility. Years ago I injured both and they have always been tight ever since. The QRS helps.
Bottom of the Feet: 
The bottom of the feet are another “go to” place for the Quantum Relief Strips. Think reflexology!!!!
