It’s rare, but I did hear this question about a month ago: “Why am I not Losing Weight with TAVALA TRIM?”
It was a woman who was complaining that she is not losing weight with the TAVALA TRIM and she couldn’t understand why.
According to her, all her friends are dropping massive amounts of weight, like 15-20 lbs. or more their first month drinking the TRIM, but she had only dropped 5 lbs. in 28 days and was unhappy with her results. She did add that those 5 lbs. were lost in her first week.

One question I asked her got her thinking. I asked “How many meals are you eating throughout the day”? She answered that she rarely eats breakfast and has no hunger at lunch time so rarely eats lunch as well…. so her answer was she was eating 1 meal per day, usually in front of the TV around 8 pm!
Ah-Ha…..well that explains something. Although the TRIM is a metabolism booster (thermogenic product) what she was doing is like driving a car with one foot on the accelerator and the other foot on the brake!
Her body thinks she is ‘starving’ and because our bodies protect our health interests, her metabolism slows down when she is not eating as a way to conserve energy. She got it….and said she’d make an effort to eat a min. of 3-4 small meals (tiny in comparison to her one meal per day) and get back to me with her results. She promised to give the TRIM one more month.
She reported back to me the other day and said she dropped 8 lbs. using the TRIM that next month and now has a total weight loss of 13 lbs. That is GREAT news. Here is what she changed:
- She began having breakfast and taking her TRIM immediately after she ate
- She had 3 small snacks throughout the day (sometimes it was a piece of fruit, sometimes almonds and sometimes a small meal)
- She ate dinner before 7 pm, whereas she had been eating around 8 pm.
- She increased her water consumption from 4 glasses of water per day to 8! (using the 1/2 ounce for every pound you weigh theory!)
The TAVALA TRIM, like any other product, works best with consistency. Although the majority of people do not initially change their eating habits/diet their first 28 days, those that do- have remarkably better results in the long run.
To get the BEST results from your TAVALA TRIM, use it consistently, 1x day in the morning. Eat a min. 4-6 small meals throughout the day. Increase your activity (which for many is not difficult as they have more energy!) and drink a minimum of 1/2 ounce of water for every pound you weigh.
