Every once in a great while an idea hits you, one that you know the timing is just right and you run with it.
This happened to me on April 3, 2018. For weeks I had been frustrated on why were not getting more traction with our team. I spent a few sleepless nights going over all the potential possibilities in my head…. over and over and over…. nothing.
In What seemed like an “out of the blue” idea, hit me. I quickly set up an appointment with our CEO to share an idea that I believed would take our Business from the beginning of the concentration phase to the momentum phase.
After a short 20 minute overview to the CEO, I was asked to share with the corporate team.
On April 18, 2018, via a Live Zoom webinar, I presented a 50 minute complete overview that tied the existing Pin Ranks to a Leadership Building Certification program. What drives duplication is not the company compensation plan or the Pin ranks (advancements) people strive for. The Ranks and the earned checks thru the compensation plan “measured” the duplication currently, but they were not the drivers that people needed to create a larger check and more success.
They needed training. We had to teach the Skill sets needed first, then the growth would happen automatically! The ideas were accepted by the corporate team and off we ran. It was presented to the top leadership on May 9th in Utah and the next week we’ve began the Certification Training on 4 levels that teaches the down line what they need to grow.

It has been less than 4 weeks that we began sharing with the Downlines and have already seen a bump in signups, volume and checks as people are becoming certified thru this program!
