Day 11- Joy’s Journey with TRIM and other TAVALA Products
I am sipping my morning meal as I write this. It is a vanilla based meal replacement shake, with almond milk, a scoop of TAVALA Bru (dark chocolate, organic, non-GMO CACAO) blended with 3 ice cubes! I’m in heaven.
I wasn’t sure if I would be able to adhere to a TAVALA regime for 14-days, 2 holiday celebrations to boot!, but I am finding I am so satisfied with what I am consuming that I certainly don’t feel like I am on a DIET.

Intellectually I knew it would slow down my metabolism as the body perceives it as ‘starvation’ and slows down to conserve calories. Eat 4-5 small healthy meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism cranking strong.
Using the TAVALA products has made an impact on my overall energy and blood sugar balance. I will tally up my results and share them after day 14. I have stayed off the scale, except day 8 as I wanted to see if I had dropped pounds like I had fat….but it proved discouraging as my weight fluctuates and I honestly don’t know the number on the scale that changed- but so what? 
My goal is improving my energy level and getting back into the clothes that fit me pre-menopause, only 4-5 years ago!
