You guys rock!! As of today, I am down 34 lbs in 3 months. NOTHING I have tried in the past has worked as well as Tavala in controlling my cravings and surpressing my appetite!
Kara and I have plans to get together this weekend and try the dress back on! I have not been back in the dress since these vids were shot. Fingers crossed!!
