As anyone knows, the role of CFO is an important role for any company. I know in our experience in the field of network marketing having someone in this role with experience and someone we can trust and is capable of the job, is crucial.
On top of being CFO, Devin was the Founder of QIVANA which brings tremendous value to the management at ViiVa.

Devin’s previous experience highlighted below is he was the Founder AND CFO of QIVANA LLC for 10 years, from October 2008-October 2018. Being both Founder and CFO these were his roles:
• Financing/ Investment – Headed and negotiated millions of dollars in corporate financing deals for property, equipment, LOC and SWAP agreements, and managed millions of dollars in investment funds and accounts.
• Cash Flow – Oversaw and managed global corporate cash flow and detailed market and business unit cash analysis.
• Treasury/ Commissions – Oversaw domestic and international management of banking relationships, credit card processing, localized payment methods, treasury/ banking account structure and IT related implementation and integration.
• Acquisition/ Analysis – Performed detailed modeling and financial analysis of potential product and company acquisitions. Performed extensive analysis and review of company distributor retention and recovery programs, including distributor training, marketing promotions, sales tools, opportunity meetings, sponsorship and signup models
• Fortune 500 Financial Review – Approved billions of dollars in credit limits through financial review of top Fortune 500 companies while limiting corporate risk.
• Budget & Forecast – Managed and drove corporate profitability through strategic spend, manage CapEx budget and purchasing and oversee international market openings.
