How do you spell relief these days? Q.R.S. of course.

The story begins with us back in 2007 when we were both living in Arizona. We were entrepreneurs working in the industry of Network Marketing/Direct Sales, but in different companies AND we were both entrepreneurial and working from home.

A product called Tavala Trim was introduced in November 2016 and has changed the way people are looking at Weight Management. Perhaps you’ve heard of it too.

Weight Loss excites most people but actually it is Weight Management that is where it is at. Most people can ‘lose weight’ but can they keep it up? Has their metabolism actually boosted for long term success?

One question from Day 1 has come up is: Are there any negative side effects when taking Trim?

There are many POSITIVE side effects: MORE ENERGY, FOCUS, SUPPRESSED APPETITE & CRAVINGS, BOOST IN METABOLISM AND ULTIMATELY WEIGHT LOSS, but the only negative reaction I personally have heard is below.

As of today, the only negative side effect I have had is that SOME people find that the stimulant in the TRIM is too much for their system. I happen to be one of those people. Some people feel nauseous or even sick to their stomach if they begin with a full TRIM on Day 1 and some have even felt like they are on ‘a drug’ with a strong stimulant. (Some have even named a drug that they can relate to that had them feeling like this.) This is especially true for people who have a sensitivity to stimulants. But this is a small group of people! Most drink a full Trim drink of Day 1 and boast on the energy and focus they feel within 15-30 minutes.

We never quite know who these people will be- who may feel ‘weird’ or ‘wired’- but what we have found is that size is not a factor. We have customers who can drink 2-3 Trim a day and weigh less than 120 lbs. and we have people who weigh over 300 lbs. who have to start slow and even to this day, find a full drink to be too much for them. Both groups of people enjoy the TRIM and lose weight. The key is getting past any feeling of ‘wired or weird’. Most people have found with time, even if they were in the “sensitive group”, that their bodies build up to enjoying the boost with time.

Even though there is only a small percentage of consumers who are in this ‘above category’ we always tell people on Day 1 to start by mixing a full drink but divide it in half. Drink 1/2 in the morning and if you feel OK then drink the other 1/2 hours later.

On the box there is a note: “If you are sensitive to stimulants, you may want to start with just half of a stick the first two days, then begin with the regular one stick serving from day three on. Cal also be taken with food.”

Some people STILL need to begin with even an 1/8th or 1/4 of a Trim drink until they build up the Pea (which is natural occurring) in their body.

For those who have stuck with this and are committed to using the TRIM, despite feeling ‘not so great’ or even ‘odd’ in the beginning, most are thrilled with their eventual results and most of those people have gone on to lose their desired weight and now are coaching others as well. They would urge people to not give up, just start slow.

Others, like myself, find adding the TRIM to my Tavala Weight Loss Protein Shake helps the feeling of ‘too much stimulant’.

All of this information was important for ME to hear because as I said, I am someone who always has to alter ANYTHING I consume that has a stimulant in it. (coffee past noon and I am up well into the night!) My body is very sensitive. In the beginning I was over stimulated and yes I ‘felt a bit weird’ so I stopped taking the TRIM for awhile (which bothered ME as I wanted the great results that my customers and team were getting) and then I gradually began taking the TRIM again.

Now I am not saying that I have all the answers with regards to TRIM, I do not. There may be other negative side effects that others have experienced (and if so, please feel free to share with us) but this is the only one I have heard since TRIM was introduced… and we have assisted thousands of people with TRIM since we joined Tavala December 2016.

Other than the jokes that TRIM kept someone had so much energy that their house is now ulta-clean (ceilings and walls too!) or that they got more errands and chores done in 1 day than usually takes 3-4…but those are ‘fun side effects’.

Obviously it makes sense to ask your physician if it is OK to add TRIM if you have any questions about your medication you are on or your current state of health.

This may sound like a silly question but I am asking it for real. Have you ever thanked your belly fat? I mean, really thought about it and said THANK YOU, “belly fat” for doing your job?

I am doing this right now…and as a result feel a reassurance that as my body cleanses away the toxins, the fat cells will release toxins and shrink, as they won’t be needed. This will mean a transformed and energized body AND also a slimmer version of “today’s me.”

Let’s face it, we live in a toxic world where there are many toxins in our environment (air and water) not to mention our foods and drinks. And that doesn’t count what we put ON our skin that seeps in and can cause havoc!

I recently began a 21-day cleanse and am embracing the process, which includes THANKING my body for doing its job. Along with the body I am looking forward to the feeling of ZEN that comes from honoring ones temple/body and truly taking care of the ‘vessel’ that our soul or spirit is housed in.

Back to the question. Have you ever thanked your Belly Fat? What is the reason you now have more belly fat than before?

What is the JOB of fat have to do with it? Well, for starters, if you have too much belly fat, good chance it is a result of your body CREATING FAT CELLS to STORE toxins in. They can be newly created fat cells or old ones too- the body has no preference. Simply put the housed fat is stored to protect your internal organs. Without these fat cells, your organs would weaken and be susceptible to disease, or dis-ease….not being at your optimal game of health.

You can certainly follow the suggestions to the right on 10 ways to reduce belly fat…and they will help, but I believe a periodic cleanse is important to get your body into optimal balance.

There are many kinds of cleanses from the Master Cleanse, to Standard Process Diet, plus numerous ones from network marketing companies. I happen to be following a cleanse through Divinchi Labs.

The premise is to cleanse and rebuild in a healthy way. Days 1-7 it is predominantly plant based- which is easy as it is the way I prefer to eat anyway. The biggest eliminations for me is no morning coffee or evening cocktails. Other than that, It is pretty straight forward, except the addition of supplements to support the cleanse and rebuild process. I’m also doing what I always know to do but rarely do and that is drinking the correct amount of clean water that my body needs. (Min. of 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water!)

Other things I am doing: I am substituting DiVinchi shakes for our Tavala Weight Loss Protein Shakes and wearing Quantum Relief Strips on various parts of my body to ease with detox symptoms, should they arise. I also use only organic skin care (Tamanu Organics) to assure that I am not allowing chemicals to seep into my skin. So far so good.

SO….. if you are anything like me, and are currently disgusted with the size of your belly or how your muffin top is pouring over the sides of your already tight jeans, lighten up. Love yourself as you are and embrace the change that is only a decision away. Then do whatever it takes to reduce the toxins in your body.

Why is it that some people are getting faster and more dramatic results drinking the PURPLE Tavala Trim drink, than others? Like most things, everyone is different and there are many factors. There are also several things you can do to accelerate your weight loss.

I recall this question coming up when the product was first introduced back in November 2016. Some of my customers (now friends or business associates) lost 10-16 lbs. in their first week. TRUE but not the average!

I have to say that I really envied those people…and yes, and even had a pang of jealousy!

While others lost 2-4 lbs. in that same time frame -I’d say the average weight loss in the first week drinking Trim was between 6-7 lbs.

Think about that…that is FAST! I remember doing Weight Watchers years ago and being thrilled if I lost 1-2 lbs. in one week!

It’s interesting when we try to guess who will have the most dramatic or fastest weight loss results because we are never right. It really doesn’t always mean that it is the person who has more weight to lose.

So what can you do to ACCELERATE your success rate using Tavala Trim? Here are some suggestions that others have shared with us:

Comsume more water. Typically it is recommended to drink 1/2 your weight in ounces. Example, if you weigh 160 lbs. you should consume at least 80 ounces of water. INCREASE that for quicker results. When your body is breaking down fat there is metabolic waste. The water will flush your body and waste and your body will be well hydrated so that your liver and kidneys can do their jobs in the body.
Exercise. Although it is not crucial to lose weight while drinking the TRIM (MANY people admitted they did nothing else and still lost between 20-50 lbs. in a 2-5 month period.) Those who DO exercise burn fat and tone along with increase the speed of their weight loss. Moving the body compliments the TRIM. You’ll feel good on the TRIM (it makes you feel ‘happy’) but combine exercise and you’ll feel unstoppable.
Add Tavala CONTROL to your program. It will ‘address’ weight loss at another level and help balance blood sugar levels as well as lower cholesterol and triglycerides. Bottom line, those who add this other supplement get better and quicker results AND also avoid plateaus.
Add a small piece of the Quantum Relief Strip behind each ear. I know it sounds crazy but people who have done this experience a bump in weight loss. Perhaps it has something to do with the meridians. That I don’t know.
