I know it’s not just me after going through menopause, although that is when it started but so many people I talk to share how the weight keeps increasing as they age! I could use my own pictures on this very day, December 7th 2017, but I don’t want to take a picture of myself and I live in yoga pants so I can’t really do the “jean pic” like above…or perhaps I may. I am down to one pair of jeans and they are snug- and the perfect “tester clothes” that I tell people to use prior to losing weight. What do you think? Should I?

I have been an effective health coach and even personal trainer over the years however right now, helping myself is paramount on my mind. I MUST figure out MY BODY and reaching my ideal weight to experience optimal health, is my goal.
