On Feb. 4, 2013, according to Natural products insider, it was predicted that Energy Drink Sales Will Skyrocket to $21 Billion by 2017. Now that we are in 2017, the number seems to be quite accurate…and growing!

According to the “Energy Drinks and Shots: Market Trends in the U.S.” report, sales of energy drinks and shots will grow to a value of $21.5 billion by 2017, driven by continued economic recovery, expansion in retail distribution, and strong potential in new product development.

Energy drinks are most popular among teens and college students but a growing segment of the population spans into ALL age groups that simply want MORE ENERGY & FOCUS.

Professionals in the health care industry often choose health related products and supplements from companies that market through network marketing. Meet Leila Maddela, who lives on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii. We have known Leila since 2012, meeting her only by phone -loving her professionalism and energy as a leader….so when we joined Tavala and had samples to distribute we immediately thought of her!

Also, who wouldn’t want to build a team of members and customers in Hawaii to travel to and support?

Over the years (2012-2017) we have kept in touch and always appreciated her leadership and thought that someday our paths would cross and we’d be able to work together…. and in our minds, this may be the time! It’s always about TIMING!

Fast Forward to early March, 2017. We had joined TAVALA in December and it was March and we had samples of two products that we wanted to share and wanted to see if she or anyone she knew in Hawaii would like to try samples for free and with zero obligation.

We knew Leila had started a new business and was also extremely busy with family, etc.- but who better to send samples to than Leila….our “business minded friend” who knows a ton of people? We simply asked her to give our samples to other people who she thought may be interested. (and to enjoy a sample of each herself!) No business discussion…just sample distribution.

Our question was:

Who do you know that would like to lose weight?
Who do you know that would like more energy?
Who do you know that would like to make additional income very part time?
