There are certain PROFESSIONS that require regulations on certain levels of health, fitness and weight but to keep this simple we are talking about police officers and arm force personnel… and by law they HAVE TO BE FIT to be effective ‘on the job’….. and, how, pray tell….does this relate to TAVALA TRIM?

I remember years ago when a friend of mine succeeded in putting together a full workout gym at the local police department. Another time, when managing a gym, there were some guys who were part of the National Guard and needed to drop weight by a certain date AND also be able to run a certain distance in a certain amount of time. I don’t recall the details. The problem was not that they needed to get fit and drop weight, but they waited until the last 2 weeks to make it happen. Those who didn’t were demoted or got a decrease of pay. Talk about STRESS…and with more stress, losing weight becomes even more difficult!

Document in your journal and then forget about it!!!! Do not get on the scale daily, once a week is plenty!
