If that statement is true, imagine the kind of income you could make?

For most of my network marketing career I have shared/marketed/sold- whatever you want to call it- Nutritional products….but not just nutritional products- ones very unique to the market place and often had to be explained in depth for people to say YES, I’ll try it. Not so with Tavala Trim….

It is often said in the MLM industry, if a 10 year old can do it/sell it…. you’re on to something.

It’s rare, but I did hear this question about a month ago: “Why am I not Losing Weight with TAVALA TRIM?”

It was a woman who was complaining that she is not losing weight with the TAVALA TRIM and she couldn’t understand why.

According to her, all her friends are dropping massive amounts of weight, like 15-20 lbs. or more their first month drinking the TRIM, but she had only dropped 5 lbs. in 28 days and was unhappy with her results. She did add that those 5 lbs. were lost in her first week.

Discouraged, she began to tell me that the product doesn’t work!!!! I listened to her rant for about 5 minutes and then asked her a couple of questions. First of all, 5 lbs. fat loss is nothing to be discouraged about, but I get it. When I compare my weight loss with TRIM with others successes I can get discouraged too.

One question I asked her got her thinking. I asked “How many meals are you eating throughout the day”? She answered that she rarely eats breakfast and has no hunger at lunch time so rarely eats lunch as well…. so her answer was she was eating 1 meal per day, usually in front of the TV around 8 pm!

Ah-Ha…..well that explains something. Although the TRIM is a metabolism booster (thermogenic product) what she was doing is like driving a car with one foot on the accelerator and the other foot on the brake!

Her body thinks she is ‘starving’ and because our bodies protect our health interests, her metabolism slows down when she is not eating as a way to conserve energy. She got it….and said she’d make an effort to eat a min. of 3-4 small meals (tiny in comparison to her one meal per day) and get back to me with her results. She promised to give the TRIM one more month.

She reported back to me the other day and said she dropped 8 lbs. using the TRIM that next month and now has a total weight loss of 13 lbs. That is GREAT news. Here is what she changed:

She began having breakfast and taking her TRIM immediately after she ate
She had 3 small snacks throughout the day (sometimes it was a piece of fruit, sometimes almonds and sometimes a small meal)
She ate dinner before 7 pm, whereas she had been eating around 8 pm.
She increased her water consumption from 4 glasses of water per day to 8! (using the 1/2 ounce for every pound you weigh theory!)

Is this YOU in this picture?

Are you having a tough time with menopause? If so I can relate.

I remember since the age of around 30 joking that I looked forward to ‘menopause’ because I’ll finally be WARM, especially in the winter. (Yes, living in Vermont can make you delusional, especially in the winters!)

What was I thinking?

I also remember when I was in my 30’s and sporting a 6-pack set of abs and looking ‘killer’ in my workout bras and midriff shirts that my mother (who says Mothers know best?) warned me I’d better stop getting used to a small waist as things would change when I go through menopause. But time marched on and guess what??? At age 54 my mother WAS right. It seemed like overnight, perhaps because I was in denial and my yoga pants still fit due to the very forgiving waist band!!!! But all of a sudden I began experiencing hot-flashes (not the warm and toasty heat flashes I had once dreamed about and looked forward to) .
