Get a journal and keep track DAILY, how you feel and what you eat….or minimally, once a week HOW YOU FEEL As a former personal trainer and transformational Life Coach, I remember so many times my clients experienced amazing changes in their lives (both physically and mentally) but once they reached a new state of health, they literally forgot where they began or how far they had come! This helps you stay motivated and you can chart your progress and successes!

If your goal is weight loss, weigh yourself, take photos (whether you want to or not) and measurements. If you have access to having your body composition taken do that too. Document in your journal and then forget about it!!!! Do not get on the scale daily, once a week is plenty!
