The other day I was thinking about ENERGY and how it doesn’t ‘discriminate’. I was thinking in particular about the Quantum Relief Strips and how, in some ways, wearing a QRS daily is like self administering REIKI daily.

When you apply a Quantum Relief Strip on your body you usually place the strip “where it hurts” or where you want to have the energy go to first.

However, in many cases, both with myself and with others, I have noticed that the ENERGY doesn’t discriminate and automatically goes where it is needed the most.

Have you ever had a Reiki session before? or have you ever “given” Reiki energy healing? In either case the energy will go everywhere in your body, however in most cases the practitioner will ‘feel’ heat/or energy in a specific area more than others. This is your body TAKING IN the energy!

One of my first Reiki sessions was over 25 years ago when I was in my early 30’s…. I went to a Reiki master who happened to be a friend and also very intuitive in her healings.

In my case, I had injured my back and that is the area Karen, the practitioner, spent much more time. When she was done she shared that her hands actually felt a vibration in the back area where I was experiencing pain and discomfort and that her hands got very warm in that same area.

Meet Leila Maddela, who lives on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii. We have known Leila since 2012, meeting her only by phone -loving her professionalism and energy as a leader….so when we joined Tavala and had samples to distribute we immediately thought of her!

The one advantage of the DRINK over the CAPSULE is that you can control the ‘dosage’. Personally I am sensitive to stimulants (even small doses) and to new products so I like to start out slow. As a result of my personal experience and others we suggest starting the TRIM the following way.

On day 1 mix a full drink (add the powder to approximately 12-16 ounces water and shake) Divide the drink in 2 and drink 1/2 of the drink after breakfast. See how you feel and if you feel fine and not too energized, drink the remaining drink an hour or two later. See how you feel.
