Who is your Ideal Coach (or Business association or distributor) as well as Ideal Customer? It doesn’t matter what company you are with- hopefully if you are attracting both ‘coaches’ (as we call it with Beyond Slim) and customers YOU are going to be there to support them versus just sign them up. The relationship begins once someone decides to work with you in either capacity.
As a network marketing professional, I have found this exercise to be useful on many levels. Not only does this help you get clear on who you are looking to attract TO your team and ultimately support and spend time with, but also are YOU being that kind of coach or customer that you are looking for? For example, if you are looking to attract someone who is a LEADER, do YOU possess Leadership Qualities?
When I joined Beyond Slim I made a new list as it was a brand new company. Although I have done this exercise over the past 15 years, I always find with age and experience, I ADD to my list or tweak what I wish to attract.

- Has Vision for SELF and their TEAM
- Enjoys Sharing new Products with others

- Shares their results with other people, thus help the movement to getting Fitter-Healthier and Happier
