From Flab to Fab at 64: In 2 months I am not on track to become functionally fit again.

Especially since menopause, I am not one who enjoys the bathroom scales and numbers that they represent, so the way I personally measure MY FAT LOSS progress, note fat loss… not weight loss, is by measuring my body, especially around the biggest part of my belly.
