One of the many reasons we joined Tavala in December 2016, was we knew Tavala was bringing Dr. Min Soo Kim’s latest creation of “Strips with Quantum Energy” to the market. We loved his original ‘strip with energy’ and had heard this was over more powerful and his next-generation!

Have you ever heard of Intermittent Fasting?

The first time I heard of Intermittent Fasting (IF) was when I was a body builder getting ready for an upcoming competition. But today, it’s becoming one of the fastest health trends!

What if you could effectively achieve a reduction of body fat while maintaining lean muscle by fasting for 16 hours every day? This, my friends, is Intermittent Fasting. (IF)

Intermittent Fasting – What Is it?

Intermittent fasting (IF) is a pattern of eating that doesn’t change WHAT you eat, but rather changes WHEN you eat. In simple terms, “IF” (Intermittent Fasting) means occasionally going for extended periods without eating. It’s not a diet.

You may ask, “Don’t we fast every single day, when we sleep?” And, yes, unless you’re getting up in the middle of the night, you’re effectively fasting while you sleep. In fact, the time from your last meal in the evening until your first meal the next day is part of your “fasting” interval in the form of intermittent fasting. (I.F.) we’re about to discuss – 16:8 intermittent fasting.

There are too many methods of IF to list but the 16:8 method (16 hours of not eating, 8 hours of eating during a day) is a great place to start, as most people can easily tolerate fasting from 8 p.m. to 12 noon, which equals 16 hours of fasting.

For more aggressive IF methods, look at fasting for 24 hours (often dinner to dinner) once or twice a week, or the 5:2 diet – where you eat as much as you need to feel satisfied 5 days of the week and then eat calorie-restricted on two days (500 calories per day).

Intermittent Fasting – Why? AND most importantly, how can I do it with the TAVALA PRODUCTS?

Shedding pounds has turned into an American pastime. We turn to questionable fad diets with strict instructions on what, how and when to eat. And still, over two-thirds of adults are overweight. How can it be that almost everyone wants to lose weight, yet we’re all getting fatter?

“There has been a lot of discussion as to why folks decide to join network marketing. Most start, it seems, because of the amazing products. Then, in my case, I discovered unwavering integrity of the organization (Corporate leadership) my supportive up-line, and what great teacher/mentors they are. Even with all those great positives, what do most people want to know before signing up with any network marketing company?

Can “I” make money here? I found that I could, do and can make BIG MONEY. Within the first 4 months, I was making more monthly, than I had with my previous company in the previous 4 years.

Why is it that the numbers in any Network Marketing Company (volume) often start to decrease or get stagnant during the Summer Months?

They certainly don’t have to if you are true to your DMO, Daily Method of Operation. In fact this summer OUR TEAM has decided to make this statement false by continuing to make our business a priority.

Ever realize that some brilliant companies in downtime, when the economy is sluggish, continue to advertise or INCREASE their advertising? They understand. Professionals in network marketing do too and as a result capture a greater share of the market.

Here is the big ‘summer lie:

For some unknown reason, people slowdown in the summer. This is a big mistake that will cost you 90 days this year! (Typically June, July and August or perhaps even September as you try to gain momentum again)

What if we changed that? 2018 can be your life altering year if you don’t buy into the big lie about summer being slower. What IF you realized that our industry (Network Marketing) can actually GROW in the summer because people are more aware of wanting a better lifestyle for them and their families. (i.e. vacations)

You’ve got TWO choices… Which one will you choose?

#1. Begin building momentum in June, escalate it in July and throughout August…. and by September you can hit the ground running. (Typically parents get caught up with school being out in the summer and having limited time, but if you plan accordingly, use your resources (for us one resource is our APP on our phone) and continue to ‘share’ 2 a day, 5 days a week, you can do your business in 10-30 minutes a day! Just schedule your time! It may mean getting up 30 minutes earlier in the day or stay up 30 minutes later – OR simply fit it in the cracks of your every day life.) (Ask us how, info@DaveandJoy.com)

Think about this…. In the summer you are generally more social and meet more people as you are out and about living life. This is an easy time to drum up a conversation by asking THEM questions. Perhaps what you have to offer in your business is their solution to what they’d love MORE of or LESS of.

#2. You can buy into the lie that summer is always a slower time of the year for everyone in network marketing and try to get some of your people back in the groove in September. Good luck, you may be able to reactive and get 1/3-1/2 of your people reactivated and in motion! Luckily, for us with Tavala, our customer base is high and because of products that are universally in demand, volume should not stop dramatically ….even IF people are not actively building the business.

Imagine if you keep things fresh and growing in the summer (It is a season of growth with nature!) by September you’ll be in full force and end up strong by the end of the year.

If you don’t, then the same people who slowed their business in the summer will certainly do the same through the upcoming holidays. Halloween through the New Years.

Simple-Easy to do, and also NOT to do. Lesson…..Keep your business growing through the summer and by September when typically business begins to boom again, YOUR business will be in full throttle.

Tavala is made it through the Formulation stage and is entering Concentration….and soon we will be in Momentum!

What’s the bigger payoff? The bigger payoff is that your team will be grateful, positive and motivated…

This is a question we often get from customers who have purchased the Quantum Relief Strips.

The question is “Where is the BEST place to put the Quantum Relief Strip” ?

General Instructions are “Put it where it hurts” but there are also other factors to consider and other areas on the body, that with time, each person will find their own personal magic location for optimal relief. (Quantum Relief Strips are also referred to as “QR Strips, QRS or Strips).

These are diagrams offer suggestions on where you can place the Quantum Relief Strips for optimal results. A chiropractor created the visual to the left. He is a successful chiropractor who incorporated the Strips in his practice with phenomenal results.

The other meridian visuals were inspired by aDoctor of Oriental Medicine. If you are familiar with acupuncture or acupressure points OR the meridians, using these guide lines will also be useful in placement.

According to both the chiropractor and Dr. of Oriental Medicine, when you are not sure ‘where’ to place the Quantum Relief Strip, you can always place it below the navel on the Dan Tian. That area is the energy source of the body.

Dantian Definition

The word, dan tian, (pronounced dahn-tee-ahn) is a transliteration of the Chinese word for the three special energy centres in the body, where chi (qi) is stored. It can also be written as dantien, dan tian, dan tien, or tan t’ien. It is a Taoist concept, often used in Traditional Chinese Medicine, meditation, martial arts, qigong and tai chi.

Dan tien literally means red field, which doesn’t tell you much about what it is.

Dan means red or cinnabar (a bright red-orange colour), and tien or tian means a paddy field or a field containing “treasures” to be mined. In other words, the tien field is a source of nourishment or energy.

This is why the loose translations of: “sea of chi”, “elixir field” or energy centre, make more sense to most people.

Some call them chi-batteries, simply because they store your vital life force, and they can be depleted and “recharged” like batteries can.

What we have also found over time is that the Quantum ENERGY will go where it is needed most. Much like when you have energy work like REIKI, the entire body will benefit and the innate intelligence of the body will use the Quantum Energy where it is needed most.

How long does each Quantum Relief Strip last? Each Strip lasts 48 hours, or 2 days. They can be cut to fit the area, and can also be worn while showering, pool therapy or swimming.

How long before I feel relief? This depends … and not necessarily determined by the severity of discomfort or how long it has been occuring. We find that 1/3 of the people who use the Quantum Relief Strips get relief within minutes to hours. 1/3 within days to weeks, 1/3 with weeks to a month.
