Meet Natasha Russell from the Bahamas….

In her own words:

“After 13 years being employed at our local casino as a dealer (in the Bahamas) they decided to close the doors leaving me and many others out of work. That was a hard financial blow to our family as I was used to making good money. However, the one thing that lacked with that job was time freedom….I worked long hours!

People often say “Timing is important” and that is so true! It was at that time that my passion for network marketing came to life!

As I look back I realize that when one door closes it offers the chance for other opportunities to enter our life. Now that I am enjoying financial (and health) success with Tavala I can clearly see that my job with the casino stole all my time- I even worked 3 and 4 doubles a week to make it happen for me and my family. Now I own my time and have many more choices in life.

“I have always been the person that does what it takes to survive. I have never been the person to let fear hold me back.

My husband and I and 4 children live a very simple life. Working on ranches, welding, mechanic, mail delivery, fish hatchery, promotional items, construction and even some cattle artificial insemination to make life go smoothly! I was taught to work hard and life will be easy. (NOT) I have always wanted to lose weight as 4 children left my body a bit different and my energy level was at an all time LOW-but I carried forward. Several years ago a friend sent me a sample of a product that would help me lost weight and gain energy… so of course I tried it and shared with everyone.

That company taught me the dos…. and the DONT’S of Network Marketing!!! I had a 5 year sprint with that company and made some good money. We were the top of the top, money, enrollers, doing network marketing full time and changing lives. We even built lifelong friendship and seriously found our spot in life…. changing people’s lives for health, wealth and lifestyle… PERFECT FIT for what I love to do!

Then my world came crashing down. The company turned to retail and took my entire 5 years of work with them. I could have stayed with them and continue to promote the company, but I would have taken all of my down lines money and left them with nothing… while still selling products I believed in. That was a Deal breaker for me. Integrity was everything. I live in a rural area with barely 15000 people and if I had done that my name would have been mud.

I went back to work…. punching a time clock building someone else dreams. My husband, Travis, went back to welding (which absolutely makes him physically ill with the dirty environment) and we begin our journey again.
Travis is working 3 jobs and me 2 and we are just trying to survive… Not sure why I had not lost hope but I did not…

I never did give up on Network Marketing and after shopping for the ‘next thing’…and many samples and hours on the phone with many companies, I could not find that fire I once had. Maybe I was pouting but it was not there.

Then someone introduced me to Tavala (honestly, all the while I was literally rolling my eyes because every company has the same key phrases!)

Honesty and transparency was all I was looking for, however I had not made up my mind to go all in again.

I finally found my passion again.. What I realized is what I was good at is loving humans… and sharing products that work. But most importantly I was good at loving HUMANS no matter what or how they lived or So here I am. I am at a weight I am very comfortable with and I have quit the 8-5 to build my Legacy. Travis is working until I can hit some financial marks that we can be comfortable at. One thing is for sure I believe network marketing is the way to go … if and when you find the product you can believe in!

Are you looking for a way you can earn income from home? A way you can still have a balance in your family life, choose the hours you work and not have to report back to anyone or stamp a time clock? Do your research. If you are entrepreneurial and self motivated, you’ll find that with network marketing you own your own business, but don’t have the overhead or the start up business costs of a traditional business…. and your income you can earn has no ceiling. You can be in the black your first week!

With careful research and tapping into the industries you LOVE, you can find a great company that will be a good fit. But I caution here- don’t join the first business that is presented to you or better yet, make sure you join a solid company where the timing, the products, the financial backing and the support from ‘team’ will be best for you. This is especially true if you are only wanting to put 5-20 hours a week into your business. Put another way, interview the company as well as the person presenting the opportunity, as if it were a ‘job’ interview.

I got into network marketing when I was a single mom of two children. It made sense to me- seemed easy to share a product I was passionate about with others, and I could easily make $300 a month income, which was my original goal. My first month- to my surprise, I earned enough money to pay my condo mortgage. I was hooked.

If you’re a woman who is currently a stay-at-home mom let’s talk. It is my passion to help other women in this industry. Women are natural ‘networkers’. We love to chat and share with others. Just think of how you found your dentist, doctor, favorite restaurant, heard about your favorite book or went to a recent movie based on a referral. Most likely someone recommended those things to you.

Congratulations on deciding to join TAVALA.

Now your question may be: Which Tavala Team do I join?

I remember years ago when I was a newbie in the industry and certainly not what I would call a network marketing professional like I am today. I remember thinking that it was rude to consider joining with anyone BUT the person who shared the product or opportunity with me.

Like many today-they still think it is “right” to join with the person who first told them about the opportunity or introduced them to the company’s product. NOT SO! Luckily more and more people have become far more savvy in the industry and know that shopping for the PERFECT TEAM (like finding the ideal company to join) is more important than aligning with their friend…simply to help them out or keep the friendship in tact.

Last year we had someone tell us it was the WORST decision of her entire life to join with the team she is currently on, but she was almost bullied to do it as to not upset a couple of friendships. She knows she should have joined our team in the best interest for her business and experience and growth with Tavala. Enough said.

So….if you are looking to join Tavala first of all congratulations.

It’s a GREAT decision and you’ll love the products and the company.

Meet Mark Butts

A big congratulations to Mark Butts, who is the first to reach a weight loss goal of 100 lbs. using Tavala’s products Trim & Control.

A lot has changed for Mark in 2017. For one, he transformed his body with 100+ lb. weight loss, and he also joined “Team Tavala” and has built a substantial Tavala business working with his wife Nichola, from home in network marketing.

As I sit here in my office looking out the window I see snow and a glimpse of what we call ‘stick season’ here in Vermont. It’s the season where there are no leaves on the trees and it looks like STICKS are literally “sticking out” from the ground and from under the snowbanks. Luckily spring will be here soon and all of this will change.

This visual of flip flops and coconuts makes me feel happy and reminds me how grateful I am that we have the lifestyle and freedom to leave the cold weather behind when we desire and travel to warmer climates -when we choose. Our network marketing business continues to thrive, and actually in reality, it usually grows as we are out LIVING LIFE by DESIGN making new friends and expanding our team during our travels.

We recently returned from Hawaii where we met some team members that we had only spoken to by phone or on a zoom call. Network marketing IS a people business.

Developing true friendships based on similar goals is a great way to align with people that have similar interests. On our team, for example, our core values are: Integrity, Leadership, Rank Advancement and Living debt-free. If people are not in alignment with those qualities, most likely they are not going to be attracted to our team or if they show up, they won’t stay long. We pride ourselves on the quality and heart of our team.

If you are stuck in a job or profession that no longer serves you or that you don’t like- explore network marketing as an option. It’s the only place we know as entrepreneurs where the average person … regardless of age, gender, background or nationality… can have the same opportunity to create wealth as the next person.

It’s about desire. We are looking for positive minded self-starters who would love to build a local (meaning USA) or international business that includes travel and team training. If this interests you, let’s chat.
