• Get a journal and keep track DAILY, how you feel and what you eat….or minimally, once a week HOW YOU FEEL As a former personal trainer and transformational Life Coach, I remember so many times my clients experienced amazing changes in their lives (both physically and mentally) but once they reached a new state of health, they literally forgot where they began or how far they had come! This helps you stay motivated and you can chart your progress and successes!

• If your goal is weight loss, weigh yourself, take photos (whether you want to or not) and measurements. If you have access to having your body composition taken do that too. Document in your journal and then forget about it!!!! Do not get on the scale daily, once a week is plenty! How is your digestion or elimination? Your level of focus? Are you taking any medications and if so, why and how much?

There are other questions that you can ask yourself. Get quiet and ask your intuition. Imagine a body that functions beautifully as it was intended to. That can not happen if you are over weight, over “fat”, eat poorly or have blocked or negative energy in your body.
