As an athlete and former competitive body builder back in the late 1980’s I bring my personal opinion to this topic….Is Tavala Trim good for Athletes? I also asked current athletes this question. Years ago, and I mean DECADES ago when I was BACK IN HIGH SCHOOL, my mother was a member of Weight Watchers.
