Day 4- Joy’s TAVALA Journey
Today is Saturday, May 6th.
Hurrah, I made it through Cinco de Mayo and a Friday night without having a cocktail or two, and blowing my 14-day TAVALA BLITZ.
I just knew I could do it!!!!! (Success of any kind begins in the mind, right?)
Just so you know, alcohol is not bad or forbidden if you want to lose weight on the TAVALA TRIM Plan…. it just makes ME care less about my health habits and become more sloppy in my choices. As a result I am steering clear for 14 days….just to get the best TAVALA results and to ‘say I did it!’
Exercise
Many people have asked me if it is necessary to exercise while using the TAVALA TRIM or other products for optimum weight loss. I’ll answer this in 2 ways. MANY, if not most of the people who initially had fantastic results with the TAVALA TRIM (some losing 10-15 lbs. in their first week or two)…..THEY SWEAR they did nothing else different except add the TRIM to their daily, morning, regime.

Now, my second answer is this question on Exercise: Exercise is not only good for you, it is the most underutilized antidepressant.
Change your outlook on exercise from something you NEED to do, to something you DESERVE to do……
Although exercise is good for your overall sense of well-being, it is also important to get adequate rest (and sleep) and to give your muscles time to rest in between workouts, with weight training in particular.
Today is Saturday and it is my REST day… but it may still involve a 20 min. walk around the block because it feels good to be outside and to take in fresh air and sunshine.
It’s all in how you view things.
This week I have honestly looked forward to each and every meal, whereas usually I view meal preparation and eating as just something I ‘have to do’.
I have committed to take CONTROL before my 3 main meals of the day and I honestly feel more ‘stable’ and balanced….probably because the CONTROL balances and normalizes blood sugar levels.
