Nevan Rewards Plan: Simple and Transparent!
I’m normally a little challenged when it comes to understanding compensation plans and all the ways and numbers that are associated with ‘how we get paid’. In fact in the past I was like “Vanna White” and would point to my husband Dave who is brilliant in that department so he could do the explaining. So much that one friend of ours calls him “Mr. Numero”.
Not so with Navan’s compensation plan called Nevan Rewards. I understood it at first glance- AND that was from my iphone.
