Why Viiva is poised to be the next Billion Dollar company

We’ve all heard this over and over in our industry, so much that is feels like an afterthought to even say it out loud.

There are reasons that a company reaches a Billion in Sales and Viiva has declared a goal of 3 Billion in 5 years. How and why are they projecting this record-breaking number.

First, our Founder is Chairman Joe Zhou from China. He has created 3, separate billion-dollar enterprises in the last 20 years.
First as the top distributor for NuSkin in China during the time China represented 30-32% of NuSkin’s revenues and 80 % of that came from Joe’s downline.

Secondly, he then moved to an executive position with another company and set up a direct sales network team that grew a feminine hygiene product to over 1 Billion in sales.

And thirdly, he founded JM, his previous MLM company and built it to 2.3 Billion within 5 years. During this period of massive success, Joe bought or started nearly 200 companies in various industries.

How does one person produce this result 3 times? It’s certainly not luck.

The simple answer is a system. Joe was exposed to Dexter Yager’s (of Amway) System 20 years ago. He incorporated Yager’s system including mindsets of appreciation, gratitude, honoring and trusting uplines, edifying the company, leadership, products, tools, as well as teaching a complete system designed to grow team and grow them quickly.

Chairman Joe saw how Yager had set up a separate operation whose sole mission was to be the training arm of the MLM company. Additionally, like Dexter Yager, who had 100 or so employees running his training company, Joe had 500-600 in his training company with JM. By the way JM set a record for reaching over 2 billion in sales in 5 years.

Because of the political climate in China and the Chinese governments’ insistence on state owned companies, It took Joe the better part of this last year to divest himself of his holdings to be able to “come out” and be the face of success in this industry and to publicly share his latest company, called Viiva.

Joe has met with US presidents, Alan Greenspan, past Chairman of the Federal Reserve, US senators and congressmen, Steve Forbes, been on the podium at Nasdaq as well as other internationally known dignitaries worldwide.

Global Focus:
Viiva is open in North America, China in December of this year, and Latin America soon to follow. Many leaders have a global presence and require a global company to make these downlines accessible. Global teams also offer stability in an organization.

Training:

Leadership at corporate and in the field will be used extensively to support these efforts. We did meet the V-System consultant, Howard Smith, also connected to the Yager system and a multiple 6 figure earner in this industry. Howard is helping Joe set up and guide the training arm for maximum success.
