Because it’s hard for me to plan my last meal at a reasonable time can I swap my shake & meal times?
Hi Rhonda, Yes you can swap out your meals. We want this to fit any and all lifestyles. I even know some people who begin their day with the shake and then have the KetonX drink around noon. Do what works best for you and good luck!
On the ketopia 10 day reset they have some recipe suggestions but they don’t cite portions. Do you know for how many portions are those recipes?
We focused on 70% fats, 20-5% Proteins and 5% carbs from Veggies. Dinner for me (254 lbs down to 217) was 1 burger (no Bread) added a pat of butter and some MCT oil to bring it up to 70% fats and 25% proteins. Added a nice size salad with olives, onions, oil and Blue Cheese dressing! I use the pa

I’ve notice some of the product is made with soy? Aren’t we suppose to stay away from soy products?
