“I used the Quantum Relief strips during my pregnancy of my second child, during labor and throughout post-partum.
The strips helped me with multiple ails throughout pregnancy including leg and feet cramps, muscular pain throughout my shoulders, chest, mid and lower back and pain throughout my joints, particularly the hip and sacroiliac joint.
During labor I placed the strips (4) strategically on both of my hips, sacrum, and just above my pubic bone, to help with the opening passageway and to ease the pain. I had a 4-hour labor in the safety of our home and the strips may have been a contributing factor. That being said, birthing a child is still incredibly painful!!!
