For 8 years I have had sinus issues and have used nose spray every night for 8 years.

Last night Joy and I used our Power Strips. Joy on her frozen shoulder and me in the center of my back (had been using a post hole digger at Kori’s place installing a fence) Additionally, I cut a small strip and placed it just above my eyebrows.
